Vivian's apartment is really great. It could hardly be better in Varadero. It is very spacious, superbly equipped and lovingly maintained. The outdoor shower and private parking inside the residence are practical. The mattresses are okay and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works perfectly. The outdoor area with the many plants invites you to linger. Sitting in the entrance area you can even see the sea. The location is great. The fantastic beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, with good distance to the AI hotels. The Beatles Bar and car rental are also within walking distance. Vivian was not on site, but still easily accessible. On site, the incredibly friendly Dalys took care of everything. She came by every day, emptied the garbage, etc. She was the contact person for every concern. My travel partner had a birthday, Dalys got a cake and gave him a bottle of wine. Overall an absolute recommendation.

Very pleasant environment, 15 min walk to Varadero. They have outlets on the 110 and a generator is wonderful. Raoul and Elisabeth became friends with the time, we have already come to their place and we will come back, Elisabeth always sees that we lack nothing and Raoul maintains the house as no one, he laughs all the time . The people of Santa Martha are really very friendly, much more than in Varadero and everything is less expensive.

We were received in a very friendly and professional manner in English by a manager. The owner herself was also super nice and helped us with everything we needed (although she can only speak Spanish and we don't, everything still worked well, and the manager would always be available otherwise). The place is super clean and only 1 min (!) from the beach. Since you generally prefer not to leave anything on the beach in Cuba, it was super practical to just be in your swimsuit quickly in the sea in the morning :) you have an outdoor area to sit and lie and can hang up your swimsuit to dry. There are many restaurants around and the beach section right there is perfect. Tip: book the beach 5 min down to the left and lie there, very quiet and without the entertainment for lunch from the Delfines Hotel ;) (1000 pesos for the best loungers with umbrella) By the way, there is water in the Bar Galleon 250Pesos 1.5L we and other tourists have been looking for a long time!

The room was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioned room was a treat. Hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. This house is located on the veradero power grid, so the utilities are always operational. The meals were great. Fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast. The coffee is always hot. Allain offers a dining setting on the rooftop terrace which is very beautiful. Everything is very close for walking. No taxi is needed. Lots of shopping, dining, and beach front within the vicinity. I found the host to be extremely polite and he always catered to my needs. Always had toilet paper, soaps, and food. I'll for sure be returning to this Airbnb. This is my new favorite place to vacation and relax. Way to go Allain! Great work you do here in Santa Marta. Why go to a big boring resort when you can try out real Cuba? Give this Airbnb a chance. The hosts' parents welcomed us warmly and made us feel very comfortable. The place was very clean and prepared to host guests. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped to preapre meals. The terrace is pleasant and spacious. The fact that they offered us to use the bikes was a huge plus! Otherwise, the accommodation is not as close to Varadero but with bikes it is a good deal indeed. Another plus is access to wifi. The neighborhood is calm. The only thing is that after a while, the toilet started to smell. Thank you for hosting us!

A great location, close to the beach. Zenia was very kind and always attentive to our needs, she gave us very good advice and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment had everything we needed, basic services such as towels, also hot water. Overall a very pleasant stay. Charming and superto we'll be back.
