Gångavstånd in till centrum, livsmedelsaffärer, kollektivtrafik och ett stenkast från älven och vår fantastiska strandpromenad som kan leda till city eller naturen och forsarna. Det är även gångavstånd till Bölesholmarna via Lundabron där det finns tillgång till badplats. Välkommen!

Mysig lägenhet i lugnt område.

Vi har försökt skapa ett boende där du ska känna dig som hemma! Tack vare generösa ytor och bekvämligheter som tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och AC möjliggör det även för dig att bo under längre perioder. Lägenheten består av hela övre plan i vår villa. Njut av en skön natts sömn i egen lägenhet på övervåningen i det här lugna villaområdet! Med bussen runt hörnet tar du dig snabbt till stan eller universitetet.
