Wow 🤩 such an incredible place to stay in Hvar! Eating or having a drink on the patio while watching the sea and sunset is just amazing!! 😍 It’s not far from the main places, couple of minutes of walk. Be aware in April there are many places still not open. But less crowded of course and still some nice weather. Vinka’s appartment has everything you need and we were welcome warmly by herself and with a welcome gift as well 😀. Can’t recommend this place enough, don’t hesitate to go!

Excellent location. This is right Opposite the old town and you could see it from the apartment terrace. Only 5 minutes walk to the to old town gates . Located right next to the cable car , and other facilities like bakery take away food etc. The host was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable and on hand if you needed help with anything. The Apartment had everything you need, lounge area /kitchen with doors onto terrace Bedroom with lots of wardrobe and draw space also doors onto the terrace. Lovely modern bathroom / shower and washing machine . The Perfect place for a base in Dubrovnik.

Nicola was one of the best hosts I have encountered. The apartment was more than expected. It was spotless clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy a trip to Mljet. The porch over looking the water was where I spent my spare time and it did not disappoint as it was a stones throw from the harbor. Everything wax perfect and he even picked me up from the ferry and then dropped me back off. He is a true old school host who takes pride in making the experience worth your money. Highly recommend his apartment!!!!

Marelas place is a wonderful peaceful private place just a short walk from the city Korcula. We really enjoyed the private bathing area with a lot of sun chairs free to use. In the afternoon it gets nice and shady in the bathing area. . The view from the balcony on the top floor was magic. The kitchen was very well equipped. Although airconditioning in every bedroom would have been appriciated since it was over 32 degrees celcius outside the whole week. Marela gave us a warm welcome and gave us a lot of useful tips of restaurants and shops. We can really recommend a restaurant called Hajduk. Best meal we had in Korcula!! There was a large Konzum groceryshop behind the camping spot. We can really recommend staying at Marelas lovely place.

Helena was a brilliant host, She went above and beyond! You can see why she’s been hosting for 10 years! We only stayed for one evening, but she was still kind enough to offer us a laundry service at short notice! Rooms were bigger than expected, Aircon was fantastic, Location was perfect, the beach and restaurants were easily a 2 minute walk, and you can reach The Golden Horn in 20 minutes! The value for money with this location is unbelievable in today’s climate! Will definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking at other locations in Bol, look no further and book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was amazing overall, despite needing to upgrade our apartment due to its small size and lack of sunlight. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The larger apartment at the new villa was fantastic—clean, tidy, and equipped with all the essentials. The yard was perfect for kids and offered a relaxing space. The surroundings and the beachside were stunning and serene. With markets just a 2-minute walk away and restaurants and bars nearby, we would definitely return to this place.

Our week at the house was idyllic. The views of the cove are stunning and we loved making dinner on the outdoor bbq as the sun set. The private jetty is the highlight and perfect for swims. We also did a few runs around the town and in to the hills - the smell of the pine trees was wonderful. We flew in to Dubrovnik and rented a car at the airport, which we used to do a big food shop at Lidl before taking the ferry to Mljet. The national park on the other side of the island is breath-taking. We hope to come back next year for more R&R. Highly recommend!!

When we arrived at the apartment, we were pleasantly impressed, because what we saw exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, spacious, cozy. There's everything to the smallest detail. It can be seen that the owners put their soul into their business. Private shock for ours is the terrace! It has a lovely view of the mountains and the sea. Even when it's cool outside, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the great view. Thank you for allowing you to live in the apartment with a dog, because he is a member of our family) We are pleasantly impressed by the hospitality of the host, he gave a tour of the garden, told a lot of interesting things, treated with local treats. We will be coming back here each year! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay here with our 10 month old son. The apartment is very child friendly and on request we were provided with a travel cot and highchair which perfectly suited our needs. The apartment is spacious, good air conditioning, quiet at night and has everything you would require. It is in a great location with a gorgeous view overlooking Postira. The swimming pool is great with adjoining shower/toilet which is helpful and sunbeds. The pool gets all the afternoon sun. Postira itself is a 10 minute walk away. There is a very short but steep climb to the house but the rest is on the flat. We easily managed this with a buggy so it's perfectly doable. Our host couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable. They live next door and therefore were able to assist with any requests we had. They are friendly, generous and gave great local recommendations. Our son loved checking in on the animals everyday - they provided us with great entertainment. Recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Marins place. Marin is very friendly and polite. We got an upgrade as one of the flats on first floor was available. So we can not comment on this flat specifically. The house consists of four flats sharing the garden and pool. Be aware that the heating of the pool may be turned off, so if that matters to you I recommend you to ask Marin in advance. First week of October we ended up at the beach instead as the temperature in the sea was nice. The children really enjoyed cuddling with Marins small and friendly dog. Will definitely come back if we are going to Makarska again.

Great stay for 10 nights that's why it's a great place for a family of 8! Host Ante and his mom gave us a great welcome. My mother gave a tour of the house, showed, told us what and where she was at our disposal. In the home, there was a washing machine that was necessary for a 2.5-year-old child. Comfortable beds, fresh linens. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. In every room, air conditioning is a big plus ! The unit has 3 separate bathrooms for each bedroom. For outdoor guests, there is a table with chairs to relax in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood. Within 300 m 3 grocery stores, bakery. See you soon, Ante, and I highly recommend the apartment ! 😉

Petar and Ivana are excellent hosts. They picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived, as we arrived without a car, and also dropped us off there on departure. We got a detailed introduction to everything - including which beaches the locals go to, etc. The apartment is very well equipped and there is also equipment for the beach - beach towels and mats, even bathing shoes, if you like. I wouldn't have needed to bring a lot with me. Basic food such as olive oil, pepper and salt are also available. The apartment is very clean and new, you sleep fantastically on the bed. The beach or various bathing places can be reached in a short time. There is also a supermarket around the corner - but I recommend the Konzum in the city, which is cheaper. Mosquito nets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Happily again!

Ljubica was great host. Apartmant was clean and modern. Beach is 5min walk from it. There is bakery, market shop and two great restoraunts with sea view. For those that come with car (which I recommend) there is a whole island to explore with beatiful locations and beaches. 5/5

Stipe is a very good host. We really liked Stipe's place. Apartment is close to the beach, it has a big balcony with beautiful wievs on the mountain range. The communication with Stipe has been perfect before and throughout our stay.

We were very thankful to find this quiet, clean apartment last minute which was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. The direct access to the sea and the view while eating breakfast was fantastic. There were hummingbirds at dusk and complete silence at night. We were lucky enough not to have neighbors as this apartment is attached to another rental. The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This apartment is in a great location in the heart of Lapad. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were very friendly, even allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which was a nice touch. Very close to a supermarket, really convenient, and it’s only a short five-minute walk to a lively street full of restaurants and bars. About a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and also a bus station right in front that brings you to old town - which was perfect for us. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet as it’s located on a side street. Although some previous reviews mentioned children, we barely noticed them during our stay. For location, quietness and host, I’d give this apartment a solid 10/10. I’d definitely stay here again when in Dubrovnik.

Alberto is a wonderful host, so warm, energetic and welcome, we felt like come back home. What a surprise with welcome fruits plate from the fruits from his garden. Next to the old city, but don't need the pay the high price by staying inside the old city and avoid all the tourists noises. Alberto's garden is so beautiful and truely an urban oasis. We loved our stay! The standalone house is near the beach, though we mostly visited others nearby. The two bedrooms were great—one with twin beds and a sea view, the other with a king bed facing a peaceful garden. The place was spotless and well-equipped with a washer, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen. We especially enjoyed the two terraces—one sunny with a sea view and the other shady overlooking the garden. The hosts were amazing, especially during the hurricane. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thank you!

The apartment is in a good location, plenty of food around, right beside a grocery store. 4 minute uber to old town. Apartment was equipped with everything needed and more. Host was easily contacted and prompt. Had a great stay. Would stay again. 5/5 would recommend. Also the place was spotless. Very clean.
