The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.
