I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

The villa was as clean and neat as it gets. Looked like it’s brand new with everything was in order. The pool is well maintained. The location is excellent, next to a river and close by Gabaland Amusement Park. The stay was value for money and Host Manaf was very proactive and helpful. 5 stars in all categories. Strongly recommend.

The cabin was very beautiful and we enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were kept very clean. Check in process was smooth. Highly recommend the stay here. There were enough kitchen utensils also provided. Felt like home.

Мы рады, что больше нам не придется искать отличный дом для отдыха с семьёй, с радостью приедем еще. Особенно порадовала чистота, продуманность и наличие всего необходимого. Кровати удобные, постель чистая, полотенца, одеяло и доп. постельное белье в избытке. И самое приятное - чистый бассейн, чистая сауна. Отдыхали семьёй 8 человек. Тишина, приватность. Можно дойти до пляжа при желании. Хотелось бы пожелать будущим жильцам относится аккуратно и бережно ко всему (в гостинной хорошая, приличная мебель, которая не терпит царапин). Будьте опрятны и этот дом порадует еще много семей своим гостеприимством. Хозяину желаем воспитанных жильцов и классных путешествий, например в Санкт-Петербург! 🙂

Good Villa with Some small Maintenance Required The villa in Gabala was overall a good stay. The place was spacious and comfortable, but it did need some small maintenance in a few areas. The swimming pool was clean, which was a great plus. The nearest supermarket is approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for groceries. Additionally, there's a gaming station and a car wash about 10 minutes from the villa, which added to the convenience. Host Anar was helpful, though initially, he requested I cancel my Airbnb booking and book directly through him, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it with the hope that the minor issues will be addressed soon.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

I loved the stay, very beautiful view of the city, checkin was very simple and easy even though I reached in mid night. Apartment was very clean as shown in pictures and all the amenities were perfectly placed. The apartment has very good restaurants within building and accessibility to nearby supermarket is very easy.

Вилла расположена в тихом месте, 5 мин пешком до моря, 10 мин до аквапарка. Бассейн отличный, большой и чистый. Хозяин очень приятный, доброжелательный, радушный человек помогал нам по всем вопросам, угощал местными деликатесами. Нам понравился отдых на данной вилле.

Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri çok rahat gezebildik. İhtiyacımız olan market ve yemek yerleri 3-4 dk mesafedeydi. Konum açısından da daha iyisini bulamazdık. Şehrin kalbinde, restoranlara, kafelere ve tarihi yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğimiz merkezi bir noktadaydı ve yabancı bir şehirde olmamıza rağmen kendimizi evimizde gibi güvende hissettik. Ev sahibi, bize şehirde gezilecek yerler ve yerel restoran önerileri konusunda da oldukça yardımcı oldu. Fotoğraflarda gözüken teras gerçekte daha güzel gözüküyor. Özellikle akşam manzarası harika. Ev çok temizdi rahatlıkla konaklayabildik. Temizlik kusursuzdu; yatak takımlarından banyo ve mutfağa kadar her şey tertemizdi. Ayrıca mutfakta yemek yapabilmemiz için temel gereçler mevcuttu. Klimalar güzel soğutuyordu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Ev kesinlikle 5 yıldızdan fazlasını hak ediyor.

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

The host was great, responded quickly and was always helpful and polite. The place was exactly as expected from the pictures - it was a good quality/price deal. The location was simply great. One time there was no hot water and I messaged the host just in case - thank God I did cause it turned out it was an easy fix, the host video-called me and guided me through it to turn hot water back on in a matter of minutes. The is no elevator as some other review mentioned but I knew that beforehand and it wasn’t a problem for me at all. I stayed for a month and I feel like it was a good choice for my vacation

The place was even better than on the pictures! We were pleasantly surprised at how big the place was and how spacious all the rooms were. If you are looking for a place in Baku with 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms then I would highly recommend booking this place. It has a nice view from the living room of the Baku Flag and also has a balcony. The location was really good too. It was really easy to get a bolt taxi to all the places we wanted to go to and the drives were like 10/20 minutes from the apartment. The hosts went above and beyond for us and were really helpful. They responded really fast to all our queries. We even accidentally got locked out because we forgot the keys in the room at 11pm. The host responded instantly and came straight away to open the door for us with no issue. We really appreciated this! Thankyou for all the help and I would definitely book this place again when I return to Baku :)
