Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Azerbaijan

Дім дуже просторий і зручний. Знаходиться поблизу Гірськолижного курорту Шагдаг(20 хвилин на машині). Поблизу є невеличкі маркети і гарні ресторани. Але і у дворі є гриль зона, де самостійно можна приготувати будь що. Гарна літня кухня з підігрівом підлоги. Сауна та джакузі коштує окремих грошей. Дуже комфортний зал і кухонна зона в домі. Три спальні кімнати на першому поверсі і у двох із них є свої санвузли і також є один загальний, чотири кімнати на другому з загальм санвузлом. Дуже все охайно і стильно. По всьому домі теплі поли і дуже тепло. Єдине що засмучує, це відсутність душових кабін або скляних стінок для приймання душу. Вся вода розлітається в різні боки. Двір чудовий, охайно підстрижена травичка.Є окрема альтанка, але у зимовий період не дуже актуально 😉. Влітку буде бомба. Радимо цей будинок для відпочинку 100% для великої родини або дружньої компанія.

Really friendly host, beautiful place. The host always responded to our requests and even checked in from time to time if we have any problems. The house is really worth its price and the furniture were really comfortable. We felt right at home. Would recommend for a great Bakü experience because the location is close to every important landmark.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Taleh was super nice and quick to reply if I had any questions. The location is great too — close to shops, cafes, and public transport. I’d happily stay here again!

Evin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ev temizdi. Sadece asansör yok üç kat yürüyerek çıkmanız gerek. Avm, migros ve restoranlar hemen evin yakınında var. Taharet musluğu yok yanında benzer bir aparat kullanıyorlar sanırım, evin içi son derece bakımlı ama merdiven ve ortak alanlar eski bakım gerektiriyor, sessiz, komşular yardım sever, yorgan keşke biraz daha büyük olsaydı, ev sahibi her sorunuza cevap veriyor. Yine gitsem yine bu evi tutarım. Bakü çok güzel bir şehir, gidin. Yabancılık asla çekmiyorsunuz, herkes Türkçe konuşuyor, vatanımdaymışım gibi hissettim. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

المكان جدا جدا نظيف ومهتمين فيه الماي فس المسبح حار مع ان الجو بارد ودورات المياه نظيفة وهم متعاونين جدا معانا، فقط شوي بعيد عن السنتر بس يعني 20 دقيقة والطريق مش معبد للمكان من احلى الاماكن اللي سكناها من ناحية النظافة

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

Beautiful villa came with all the amenities as listed. Elvin was extremely friendly and helpful. Villa was in secluded location and offered privacy. Would recommend to others and definitely will stay here again.

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

It was a great family home with all the amenities described and Rza was a great responsive host. I had great 5 days at his place. Comfortable living. It was also quite peaceful at nights. The neighbourhood is great, very close to all the areas. It took us 10-15 mins to any touristy spot. 👍 Thanks for having us!
