The facility was animal friendly, and I was happy that I was able to stay with two dogs.It was also a nice exterior and interior.There were many rooms, and we stayed with four families and 6 people, but everything was air-conditioned and the bed was beautiful.There was also a BBQ facility, and I was grateful for the charcoal service and help with the fire.Also, the owner was very personable and very kind, and the check-in time was flexible, which was helpful.It was an unforgettable summer memory, so we would like to stay again!

The space is comfortable and really makes you feel right at home with it's coastal vibe! Close to the bus stop connecting you directly to the Miyazaki airport, and full of local spots to access.

Located south of Miyazaki City, the place is a free-standing house with mountains on one side and nearby rice paddies on the other. Though it's a bit far from the stations or busses, it's about 20-25m walk from the Nichinan line. There is a large supermarket (Aeon) within 15m walk, however. There is plenty of hiking either in mountains or to the extensive coastline near the Undokoen sports complex area or to Aoshima with its unique geological formations. The house has a large kitchen with a 3-burner stovetop and grill, a large sized refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, a 'L' shaped couch and TV, along with a good sized bathroom. As a bonus, there is even a dryer, which is incredibly rare in Japan, especially at this price. Seasonings and oil are also available for cooking. You can sleep on the floor in either a Japanese style room (tatami) or Western style (hardwood). There is also a large deck outside. Tatsuya is laid-back and personable. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Came with 3 longboards and 2 bikes with board carriers. Next door SeeU has wetsuits and other gear for rent. The place is a retired restaurant with a large professional grade kitchen. So making meals was so easy compared to some of the other stays we’ve experienced in Japan. Highly recommend this place and the town of Aoshima is charming with a few surf breaks around. Lineups are empty and the area is super chill. If we’re ever in Miyazaki again we’re staying here 100%.

We really enjoyed our time at Tim’s apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for two people - it’s quiet, comfortable, and has a relaxing vibe. The location is central and perfect for exploring the surrounding natural wonders. Highly recommend eating some delicious deserts at the family run cafe downstairs too. Tim also provided us with great recommendations for visiting Sakurajima and other nearby areas. We’d gladly stay here again in the future!

We had a BBQ, and the neighbors and hosts were kind, friendly, and we had a pleasant stay.Also, there were cherry blossoms in the garden, so it was great to have a BBQ while viewing the blossoms. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I think it is a good place for sightseeing, with easy access to tourist destinations such as Sunmesse, Uto Shrine, and Aoshima. I would definitely use it again!Thank you very much.

The host was very kind, kind, and very accommodating to our wishes. The house was also very clean, very quiet outside, greenery, and a peaceful view. We had a barbecue with our friends this time, but we had a very elegant time without worrying about the eyes of the people. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

This is a 3-room home with a living room and kitchen. Although there are no shops near the suburbs, there is a countryside view in front of the door and you can walk around. The only thing to be careful of is that the road to the house is narrow and the intersection to turn in is easy to miss, so you need to be very careful. It's quiet here at night, and we only use the tatami room, and we sleep well here.Although the house looks old, you can see that the owner takes good care of it, the house is very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is an automatic coffee machine for guests to enjoy coffee.The coffee is delicious. Thank you very much. There are plenty of drying racks and hangers in the laundry room, which makes it very convenient for me to use because of laundry needs.The landlord also considered the heating needs of the old house, which is very helpful for those of us who are afraid of the cold, especially when taking a shower, it's warm and comfortable. The house provides plenty of spare cloths and towels for guests to replace, and there are vacuum cleaners for guests to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. The best location is a few minutes walk to the sea.It was clean, compact, and very good.There is also a surf shop right in front of the board, with an outside shower with hot water, and free bicycles that can be used for long and long riding, especially recommended for surfers.

Fairly sizable single family home in the outskirts of Miyazaki City, ample parking and beds, a quick drive from the airport and beaches. Great for staying with family. Friendly and responsive hosts. Second time staying here and I will repeat if available.surroundings feel rural but if you have a car, it’s relatively accessible to restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommended.

We greatly enjoyed this beautiful place with is typical Japanese and extremely spacious. We did not have a car so the bus stop 10 m from the house was ideal to go to Miyazaki or towards Aoshima. There is also a JR station within 10 minutes walking distance for faster connections. Great host that helped with questions about activities. We strongly recommend this place which is close to Miyazaki and Aoshima and its beaches. 5 stars definitely !

Everything is really good, clean and very comprehensive with everything ready inside the house. Nice stay point if you want to go Kirishima and Miyazaki. The host is very nice and good to prepare everything for you, thank you so much and I really enjoy my stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The view was breathtaking from the balcony. You will not get a better view of Sakurajima! The location is great, close to ferry and also close to local shops and food. We can’t wait to stay again!

It was a very clean and comfortable stay with a bed that was easy to sleep in! It was also fully stocked with cooking utensils for cooking, and I mostly cooked on Airbnb! There is a valley nearby, and it feels good to take a walk, and there is a spot where the Japanese primroses come back beautifully from the veranda, and I was impressed!

Anyway, the view overlooking Kagoshima is the best, and the interior is also very clean. The owner kindly told me about the nearby supermarket and butcher shop, and I had a fulfilling stay.There were also board games, and it was fun! There is also a cafe on the first floor, where they served delicious drinks, and we had a lovely time after our stay. I will stay there again when I come to Kagoshima.Thank you so much!
