Vacation rentals with a patio in Aÿ-Champagne

It feels even more spacious than the photos suggest. The studio is bright, clean, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the skylight above the bed area is a real bonus—waking up with the sun shining is wonderful. The house itself is large, with a garden full of trees and flowers. Amelie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She even shared her birthday cake with me! Her parents were also kind and approachable. Amelie was always ready to help with a wonderful smile, making everything easy and comfortable. She is truly one of the best hosts I’ve met. I highly recommend staying at her lovely place. The town is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and forests, with great trails in the mountains. It’s truly worth visiting.

What a great place!! It’s right in the center of activity in Reims but somehow still private and quiet. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. If we come back to Reims, we would happily stay again. The shower is particularly nice.

We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious apartment . It is beautiful and renovated in a beautiful color scheme. You can walk to the city center, market hall and many restaurants in 2 minutes. We spent a day by train to Reims. Near the station, you can park your car for free. Behind the apartment is also a great parking space. Bertrand and Daphnée are friendly, helpful and responsive. If you want to visit Chalon and Champagne, this is a great place.

Great location and design! Location was close to a really nice park, that we loved walking to. The design of the place is super cute and thoughtful. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the water temperature in the shower. No central a/c but a fan is provided, which helps to cool it down a bit.

Quentin’s place was great to stay in Reims. It is conveniently located to enjoy the city and has its own parking which was super handy for our trip!

The apartment was really great, equipped with everything you needed washing machine, oven, induction stove, bedding, bedding, shower, toilet, everything was really perfect. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will not miss it because everything was more than perfect.

We loved Florence home located in the hearth of Hautvillers next to the Abbey. Beautiful wine makers and vineyards right next to the corner. Hautvillers is the perfect choice if you are searching for a peaceful Champagne destination with Épernay directly on the corner. Can highly recommend Florence home. We will be back.

Such a beautiful location, peaceful view, central location in the blanc de blanc region of champagne! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Pauline is an awesome host and her house is beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at her house in comfort and it was thanks to Pauline’s top tier service and care we had one of our best family vacations to date. With toddlers and an infant, Pauline equipped the house with necessities for us to take care of our kids without stress and worked with us to adjust our check-in time to accommodate our long drive to her house. From Reims we also drove to Disneyland Paris and attended the Paris Air Show, all within an easy drive from her house. The house itself was clean and orderly, the bicycles available were a game changer and my son loved that there was a bike his size to ride. My daughter loved the little fish pond in the backyard and my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed patio. If you had any thoughts of renting this property I highly recommend it. My kids told me they missed the house and we intend to visit again. Pauline is a great host and we couldn’t recommend her more.

Great, luxury house within walking distance to Reims center! You can walk to champagne house Veuve Clicquot within a few minutes. The house is fully equipped and very spacious. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with two bathrooms. The garden is lovely and well maintained. In short, gem in Reims!

Very nice contact with the host. Peaceful and well-equipped accommodation. Exactly as described. 10 min from Reims by car, and its arena, tourist attractions and stadium. We particularly appreciated the jacuzzi, with the added bonus of bathrobes provided! Everything is done to make us feel well. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return

Wonderful stay for our group in a classic champagne producer's house in the region! Everything was perfect: it's comfortable and spacious and well-equipped for cooking and dining at home. Perfectly clean. Nice linens. Walkable to many independent champagne producers in this 1er Cru village as well as one larger "maison de champagne," which is across the street. Other villages are very close for reserving tastings and restaurants. There is a small but great farmer's market right in the courtyard of the house! How lovely to wake up Sunday morning to the view on the market (which was very quiet - we didn't hear a peep from them while they were setting up)! Everything was charming and perfect! We will return and will recommend this house to friends!
