This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

The location of the room is very quiet, it will not be noisy when sleeping, and you can sleep well, which is the best.

It was a beautiful room that had just been renovated. There were two toilets and two washstands and air conditioners on the first floor. It was a 2-minute walk to the sea. I was able to walk to the sea many times. I also enjoyed searching for cats in the city. The wifi was also smooth for children to play games and watch videos. It was a nice kitchen and well equipped with tools. I was able to use a large refrigerator for five days and three meals. It was a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood rental car for 2,500 yen. Perfect weekend getaway trip with the lads.

The smile and kindness of the staff were very healing. I asked for a car to be picked up and picked up, but the driving was very polite, and I was able to arrive without getting drunk even if I was weak in the car. This is an accommodation where you can feel the Japanese sensibility. There are plenty of beds, so there's no problem for up to 6 people. It's a little unfortunate that the surrounding area is a quiet house and it's vulnerable to soundproofing, but I think it would be nice if you like it quiet.

This was a great stay for our family of 6 while visiting Universal Studios. We were able to easily walk from the train station to the apartment, and USJ was right next to us! There was a 7/11 close by where we were able to get food, and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for large families wishing to visit USJ.
