Idéalement situé pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter du calme face à l'océan. Situé à une heure de Porto, une heure trente de Guimaraes et Braga ou de la vallée du Douro, vous pourrez aisément rayonner pour profiter d'une région sublime. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, très bien équipé, de quoi passer un agréable séjour. Je précise que nous sommes venus début avril donc en dehors de la période de probable forte affluence.

Una joya en Aveiro. Excelentes vistas y excelente calidad de los anfitriones. Espacio amplio, ordenado y bien cuidado.

La dame qui nous a reçu était très sympathique et réactive à nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Idéal pour 2 personnes. En face de la rive et à 5 min. à pied de la mer. Fabuleux ! Nous avons adoré.

Desde 1-2 días antes Miguel ya se puso en contacto con nosotros para poder resolver cualquier duda o problema que pudiera haber, y poder quedar para hacer la recepción en persona. También envió opciones de restaurantes cercanos al apartamento, medios de transporte cercanos y servicios. En la recepción nos explicó y mostró todo el equipamiento del apartamento y nos recomendó actividades que hacer durante nuestra estancia. Se ofreció a estar en contacto por cualquier problema que pudiéramos tener, por suerte no lo necesitamos. Resumiendo fue un gran anfitrión.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en una zona fantástica, con una playa de arena fina en un entorno perfecto para descansar. El alojamiento muy bien decorado, luninoso, alegre y limpio. Clara ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, facilitandonos todo aquello que le hemos solicitado. Ha sido una anfitriona increible. Las bicicletas que nos proporcionó nos han permitido recorrer mucho mas de lo que pensábamos. En resumen, una estancia y una experiencia que nos dejarán un recuerdo imborrable de Torreira y de Clara.

The little house is so sweet and kind of special. The garden is awesome and perfect for kids. Unfortunately, we didn’t know the pool season starts not until June. So we and our child enjoyed the beautiful garden. José is very friendly and helpful in every situation. Also there is a bread delivery every morning, that’s amazing. We can definitely recommend that place for people who love nature and quiet.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and charming home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Marisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions and nature spots. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for the hospitality António!

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

appartement très propre calme, bien équipé et a 2 pas de la plage. tout est proche, boulangerie , petits supermarchés . Marina est très agréable. je recommande.

Espaço acolhedor, limpo e bem localizado. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

Niet aarzelen om deze accomodatie te huren als je graag Porto wil bezoeken : met de trein die op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen van het appartement bereikbaar is, sta je op een goed half uur in het bruisende Porto. Maar de rust van het appartement is zalig, de bruisende zee die je constant ziet en hoort is de beste relaxatie, de zalige ligging aan het strand van Granja is erh praktisch, maar ook de andere op wandelafstand nabijgelegen dorpjes zoals Aguda en Miramar zijn de moeite waard... Tot slot vind je echt alles in en rond het appartement wat je nodig hebt om een zalige vakantie te hebben. De keuken is zeer ruim uitgerust, de twee badkamers zijn zeer functioneel, er is enorm veel opbergruimte...er is een bakker, slager en kleine supermarkt op 5 minuten wandelen, en een grotere supermarkt op 25 minuten wandelen...

Apartamento perfeito, até me apeguei rsrs Tem de tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para se sentir em casa, além de limpo, bastante produtos de limpeza. Ela pensa em todos os detalhes, incrível. Achei de uma delicadeza, que no livro manual ela enfatiza que tudo o que tem no apartamento é para que o hóspede se divirta. Está de parabéns, só dou 5 estrelas porque não tem 10.
