Great place to stay was clean and relaxing and the pool was great for the family. The host was very helpful and friendly, informed us of local restaurants and events in the area including a medieval festival that was taking place whilst we were there. Communication was easy, was more than happy to help. Thank you again!

La estancia ha sido estupenda. Una casa grande y antigua, llena de historia y con vistas inmejorables. Alexandre nos ofreció mucha información de sitios donde ir y comer, pero optamos por disfrutar de la casa, su jardín y piscina. Julia fue también muy amable y buena cocinera.

Seguro que vamos voltar! We had a family gathering, and everyone was thrilled with the house, its excellent condition, the leisure and meals areas. The place is well-furnished and very comfortable. The reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. We're certain we'll return!

A estadia foi excelente. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e arrumada. A casa é muito espaçosa e com tudo o que é necessário. O lugar é calmo e tranquilo. Experiência a repetir. Recomendo.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious enough for three couples, with great views and a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Convenient corner stores and a bakery nearby made it even better. Francisco was attentive and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. We’d definitely love to return!

Estivemos uma semana no espaço do Paulo. A localização dificilmente seria melhor, com a Ria ao atravessar da estrada e uma praia deserta na outra extremidade do terreno. Excelente zona para passeios a pé ou de bicicleta, bastante próximo de Aveiro. A casa está razoavelmente equipada e limpa. Preparada para famílias com crianças ou grupos de amigos. Adorámos a mesa exterior junto à churrasqueira. Recomendamos e esperamos regressar.

Très belle Maison au calme à 15 min de l'océan, piscine dans la propriété. Proche d'Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Porto à 1h. Conde est un hôte incroyable, prévenant, toujours disponible. Superbe accueil à l'heure de l'apéro 😉 Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 4 familles. Tout simplement Top 👍🏽 Muito obrigado pour tudo

A casa é super bem equipada e cuidada. Todos os quartos (os 8) têm wc. A Luisa é super simpática e deixou-nos fazer o check out um pouco mais tarde. O único ponto negativo foi a piscina ser partilhada com a outra casa, de resto tudo perfeito :)

Excelente espaço para grupos com boas áreas de lazer no interior e no exterior. Casa totalmente equipada. Adoramos tudo!

Villa fidèle au descriptif, bien équipée, terrain de sport super pour toute la famille, hôte réactif et amicale, nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour 👌

Het in 2015 gerenoveerde huis is voorzien van drie slaapkamers, 3,5 badkamer. Het was een prima accommodatie voor een verblijf van een week om Porto en omgeving te bekijken. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, zeer warm. Het huis beschikt over een prachtig terras, een (onverwarmd) infinity pool met mooi uitzicht over de vallei en Duoro en beschikt over een (schone!) Weber BBQ. Veel privacy om met je gezelschap buiten te genieten. 15-20 Mbps internet voldoende om je digitaal voor te bereiden op een dagtrip. Ondanks dat de brandmeldinstallatie niet helemaal stabiel was, heeft de eigenaar er alles aan gedaan om dit tijdens ons verblijf te verbeteren. Voor een verblijf net buiten Porto met rust en ruimte is dit een prima locatie.

We stayed for four days at the residence of fransisco with a group of five young males. In advance of our arrival the contact with both fransisco and his wife went so smooth, they almost responded immediately. When we arrived at the residence we got an more than warm welcome, we were greeted by fransisco and his wife who gave us a tour and told us everything we wanted to know about the house and garden. Our stay was perfect, the pool was amazing and the temperature of the water was good, we played a lot of soccer in the garden or on the football pitch which could get a little warm when barefoot. Had a small inconvenience but we could solve this with the host almost immediately. In conclusion we had an excellent stay and loved the residence and would definitely recommend fransisco as a host and the residence as well!

Magnifique domaine niché dans les hauteurs de la région de Porto. Très belle découverte et tous les ingrédients présents pour passer de bons moments en famille. La rencontre des animaux présents dans le domaine ainsi que les prestations sont de véritables plus. Un grand merci !

La casa es una joya arquitectónica, muy bien pensada, luminosa, espaciosa, con precioso jardín y muebles que evocan un lugar con historia. Aunque los cuartos de baño no son modernos, son funcionales y hay varios, algunos incluidos en la habitación. Camas cómodas. La cocina muy bien equipada y amplia. Tiene una sala de juegos ideal para los niños. Los anfitriones muy atentos nos obsequiaron con productos de la huerta. Es ideal para varias familias.

We had a wonderful stay with friends visiting Porto for a long weekend. The house has great amenities, including the pool, plenty of games, and great living areas. Check in process was smooth and communication was ongoing and consistent.

Great place to spend a few days with family, just outside of Aveiro but very close to it. The house is spacious, has a lot of light and it's clean. The pool is a nice add-on during warm days and there's also a bbq outside. We also enjoyed the gifts left by the owners, small details that do make a difference. Joana was very friendly and accommodating to some of our requests and we really appreciated that. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This place is peaceful and surrounded by nature with lots of trees and singing birds, includind the chickens that create an "quinta" atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and caring. I highly recommend this countryside gem for a relaxing escape.

Uma casa realmente incrível com vista para o mar. Super bem decorada e tudo muito arrumado. A Ana foi sempre muito simpática e atenciosa. Bastante flexível no check out. A repetir agora no Verão, sem dúvida! Para podermos aproveitar a piscina incrível.

Très belle maison ancienne le long du Douro. La piscine est superbe, et les couchers de soleil sur la vallée sont mémorables ! Attention néanmoins, on vient chercher de l’authentique, la maison est assez rustique à l’intérieur, il faut y être préparé, mais globalement ce séjour était un vrai plaisir. Et pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, prévoir boules quies et bandeaux. On a eu quelques petites déconvenues, mais nos hôtes ont toujours étés réactifs pour solutionner les problèmes.
