Rangiroa Reef Lodge - Bungalow Tiare

Hiria was a great host, very friendly and helpful, taking us to/from airport and helping us out with some food for our first evening. He also brought us a baguette every morning. The house was so private, we felt as if we were on our own desert island with our own private aquarium just steps away.

Very nice stay at Uraau's! Everything is very easy, the information provided, the check-in and check-out. The accommodation is nice and is super well located, a short walk away is a small beach overlooking the atoll. The setting is amazing and thanks to the bikes have reached the village of Tiputa in 5 min with great places to eat and enjoy the sunset. Uraau is available and considerate, everything went perfectly!
An outdoor patio area is presented, featuring wooden seating arrangements and a bar topped with a bright orange and white floral cloth. Lattice panels create a semi-private environment, with greenery visible in the background, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere.

A great stay with a bungalow in front of the ocean and a private beach on the lagoon 2 minutes' walk behind the accommodation. Vaitia and Hinarii were lovely serving a hearty breakfast every morning. The icing on the cake, Vaitia offered us a delicious meal of fresh tuna carpaccio and rice. Unbeatable value. Go there with your eyes closed.

TERA 'I VAHINE-Chambre D'Hôte KHAIA

JeremyRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Thanks to Sophie and her husband for hosting, the listing perfectly matches the description, very clean bedroom and large enough for a few days of travel, very clean bathroom as well as the kitchen. Convenience store nearby and bike rental is available on the premises. Only “reproach” would be the noise of the air conditioning in the room that we have. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, it went very well.

Rangiroa Reef Lodge - Bungalow Honu

CyrilRating, 5 stars1 month ago
An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is fabulous, in perfect condition and of exceptional quality. Everything is thought out in every detail: very efficient air conditioning, an excellent water heating system, and an impeccable kitchen, perfectly equipped. The large terrace with its exceptional view is a real asset, offering an ideal space to relax, especially in the hammock where you can take naps in peace. We loved being able to have our meals there in an idyllic setting. The services are high-end, with the added bonus of paddle boarding and bikes available right across the street. Fresh water is also available, which is much appreciated. Finally, the host is simply remarkable: very attentive, responsive and caring. They even offer a laundry service, which is a real plus. A place to recommend without hesitation!

Chez Pilar Rangiroa

TiffanyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I cannot express how wonderful my stay at Pilar’s place was! Pilar goes above and beyond in her hospitality and helped me feel right at home from day one. She helped me book excursions and called different excursion hosts for me, which was super helpful because I don’t speak French. When one person wasn’t available, she’d call another, up til she had called everyone she could think of - just to make sure I had the best trip possible. Pilar is also an incredibly kind, generous person and very trustworthy. For instance, because the Rangiroa mosquitos love me, Pilar would bring out her incense to ward them off and would proactively remember to do so every time I sat outside. Her forethought was very touching. Although we could only communicate in Spanish (not our native languages), Pilar and I were still able to become friends and connect at a deep level. She was the best host I could’ve asked for as a solo traveler. Highly recommend!!! ❤️
