The region offers a variety of activities, mainly related to water activities in the reservoir, which is easily accessed through the condominium and a very attractive freshwater beach. We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. The house is very close to the dam and the place is very private and the beach is almost private. Cleiton has always been available answering all the questions, including it was quite flexible at check-in and especially at checkout, which allowed us to stay a little extra on Sunday. The house has all the kitchen utensils, and it is necessary to bring bedding and towels. We were able to rent a quad bike in the condominium itself and we strolled a lot around the region. We will certainly return and it remains one of the favorite places to stay.
