The house is spacious and very well maintained. The garden is simply beautiful. I highly recommend it! Thanks to Anne Yolaine who is very responsive and to the custodians for their kindness.

We loved our stay with Florence. She was very warm and welcoming. The house was super clean and perfect for hanging out. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. The pool was great as we were traveling as a family. I highly recommend and we will be back at Florence’s house next time we come to Cotonou. Most of all we appreciated Florence’s hospitality and personal touch. It was more like staying with family than an Airbnb.

The accommodation is of high standard. Plenty of space, fluid circulation between rooms. The bedding is quality. Each room is air conditioned, with a real bathroom with toilet, and large storage cabinets. It is therefore possible to rent to others while enjoying real privacy. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a real dining area and large fridge. The staff is very attentive every day, which is very nice. I am a demanding visitor so I do not hesitate to recommend you to book Roky's accommodation for your upcoming stay in Cotonou. This was my first time, but especially not the last time! I couldn't not have picked a better spot to stay in Ouidah during Vodoun week. Most of the tourist sites and dances were within walking distance as his apartment is centrally located. The apartment was simple but tastefully furnished. Layo is the perfect host, responsive, pro-active and full of recommendations throughout. A public thank you for your hospitality!

The place was clean easy to find and well maintained. Cozy and calm.

The apartment matches the photos, 2 steps from the ocean in a quiet environment, away from the traffic of Cotonou, the garden is very pleasant, you can sit under the hut to work or to have a drink. The neighborhood watchmen are caring. The apartment is convenient and the contact with the host is very simple, friendly, he is responsive. Check-in and checkout are easy and well organized. I would recommned this property

Thank you M. Euloge for the stay. This is a great place. We stayed three months and had a great time. Richard and his son are so kind and the neighborhood is very safe! Great restaurants around, local market and international market not too far. I do not regret booking the place. The wired internet is super high speed and I was able to work remotely the whole time using Teams!

The place was clean and comfortable. There is an additional electricity fee of around 15 euros for a 2-night stay, but I think that’s common in most accommodations in Benin. The host was very quick and proactive in communication. The house is larger and better than it appears in the photos.
