Lucas and Ana were excellent hosts! We went to Gramado as a family and felt at home! The house is quite complete, with a super cosy kitchen and living room. Bed linen and towels were super clean and smelling. The rooms were prepared for the number of people specified in the reservation. The condominium is extremely calm and safe, close to everything! Region perfect for getting to know the best sights in downtown Gramado. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely be back!

We stayed in the apartment with the whole family (9 adults and 1 children), Luís welcomed us immediately upon arrival, gave all the explanations, the real estate company responds promptly to all questions in the wpp, the location is sensational, in addition to not having a lot of movement is close to everything, we had problems with the cars and we did everything due to the vicinity, the environment is so welcoming that we literally feel at home, the condominium's very cordial and friendly to everyone, ideal to be with family and children! The super quiet check out, we love the experience and super recommend!

The home is very cozy. The place is gorgeous and totally enveloped in nature. Although the access has some 2.5km of ground road the instructions are accurate and you can easily find it. As soon as you leave the property and finish the road of floor you tbm find, very close, grocery store and restaurant. There are places perfect for running, walking and pedaling for those who enjoy it, like me and my husband. But for those who prefer only a quiet and secluded place to rest, the Chalet is perfect, only the sound of nature is heard. I recommend it!

Very nice place, with a lovely view and very quiet surroundings, perfect for when you want to take a few days break. We took our two dogs with us and the two of them loved to run around the grounds of the house. It feels like you're right in the middle of a forrest, which is quite lovely and peaceful. Rosa, the host is also a very nice and welcoming person who answered all of our questions and gave clear instructions and pictures about the place. Definitely recommend it for a nice stay at Gramado.

We had very pleasant days at the house. Well furnished, in a super quiet gated community, close to attractions and well located. There was a water shortage problem in the city, but they were super helpful throughout the process and helped solve the problem in the best possible way. The only thing is that it is in a region with a lot of vegetation around and a small stream passes next to the house. So there are a lot of mosquitoes, insects and spiders. But I recommend the stay.
