We stayed 39 days in Alex's apartment, and the experience was excellent! He is a caring, polite and fast host in communication, always willing to help. We need to extend the stay, and he organized everything without problems. The apartment is compact but very cozy. Having two bathrooms was a great differential. The rooms are clean, organized, with new air conditioning and impeccable white bedding. The internet worked perfectly, essential for remote work. The space is well equipped and, if something is missing, Alex is always available. The location is perfect, close to everything, like the Shopping Center and the Sabiá Park. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We felt at home and were even sad as we left. Alex, thank you for everything! Whenever you need a place, your apartments will be my first option. Super recommended!

Excellent place, new facilities, well located, close to restaurants, shopping, park, central region of the city.

The apartment is excellent. Exactly as described and as in the photos. The rooms are not large, but very comfortable and organized (and smelly). Impeccable linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Roberta is extremely attentive and polite, she was with us at the checkin and explained everything, and made herself available. The apartment served us very well (we were in 3, but it fits 4 peacefully). I recommend and would stay there again, without a doubt. All 100%!

Location just like in the photos. Hostel responded quickly and was super solicitous when installing a Box on television. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well airy. It is on the second floor and has no elevator, which is common in the city. The location is a little away from the center, having a car or using help app. In short, it's a great cost benefit. I recommend it!

Well-located accommodation, quiet neighborhood and easy access to the city, beautiful square in front, although my car is an SUV it did not fit in the garage but it was on the street without problems because in front of the property there are two police cameras. There's only one problem, the internet is not good so I had to go out for some meetings, it would be worth it for a router to make it more functional.

We had a great stay, without any kind of mishap. I recommend it.

the apartment is impeccable! Everything like the pictures. Extremely clean, comfortable, all brand new. Comfortable beds, wonderful sofa, good bathrooms. It has everything you need and very good taste. The excellent condominium, gym, swimming pool and close to everything. There's a bakery, a supermarket nearby. Does not want to leave so wonderful that it is the apartment and the condominium. Mr. Aguinaldo very attentive and responds very quickly. Detail we spent 3 months in this apartment. Thanks to Aguinaldo for hospitality.

The apartment is beautiful, very cozy and very tasteful. Igor was an excellent host. What most caught my attention was the fact that it was a spacious apartment with beautiful views. It even makes you want to wash the dishes, lol.

It was a good stay for 5 people, the place accommodated us well! In fact, it is very close to UFU, markets, Center Shopping and there is always something nearby to do at night. Hosts were very proactive in resolving possible issues!

Cozy apartment with everything that you may need to stay fully independent. Good location, close to pharmacies, supermarkets, Federal University of Uberlandia, pubs, Parque Sabia and much more, all in a walking distance. Silma was an awesome host, provided several tips and was very kind. Place has everything announced. Highly recommend!
