This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature of ‚Naturpark Beverin‘ reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg (20-45min).

The rooms for rent are located on two floors. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. Colour TV, radio, WiFi. Bathroom with lavabo, toilet, shower; additionally small bathroom on the first floor (with lavabo and toilet). Up to three double rooms are available depending on the number of occupancy. In the basement: washing machine and plenty of storage facilities (e.g. for bicycles, skis). Parking by the house. Garden seating and barbecue facilities (summer).

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy.
