Stores et volets roulants assurent confort et intimité. A 5 min à pied de la gare, 7 min de Gayant Expo et 10 min du centre-ville. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue et place de parking privée.

Vous pourrez stationner gratuitement à proximité. Logement Idéal pour passer les concours à Gayant expo. Mezzanine avec au choix lit 180 ou deux lits de 90. Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.
