Condo vacation rentals in Attica

The place was a bit bigger than it looked like in the pictures. It was easy to find and just as easy to check in and out. There are two metros nearby and grocery stores in walkable distance. We enjoyed staying in there. It was cozy and we would stay there again if we would need a place to stay in Athens.

This was my second time staying here and it's still my favorite place I've stayed in Athens -- beautiful apartment and amazing neighborhood with markets, boutiques, art museums, archaeological sites, restaurants, and more all within walking distance. Akis is an amazing host, super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The apartment has everything you need to cook and do laundry and great big screen TV for nights in. It was a really great apartment for working remotely and the wifi is super fast. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks Akis!

I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout my stay. Laertis and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the metro station, acropolis museum, Syntagma Square, Acropolis of Athens and so much more. Overall, i had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Laertis, and Sofia’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

Very nice apartment. The appartment is stylish and practical. The location is really great as the appartment is 1 min walking from the metro station. This line provides direct metro’s to all major viewpoints of Athens. Irene was also very quick to answer our messages and was able to accommodate our midnight arrival by booking us a taxi and providing clear instructions to get in the appartment.

Πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την διαμονή μου, η διαρρύθμιση των χώρων, καθαρό. Το μόνο θέμα μου ήταν, ότι δεν είχα εύκολη πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, για να μπορέσω να απολαύσω την υπέροχη θέα που προσφέρει.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

Very responsive, very helpful. Arranged transportation from the airport and facilitated the entire trip. Would recommend 100% for people that want a holistic experience and value attention to detail.

Ιδανική τοποθεσια! Κοντα στην διάσημη οδό Αιολου! Ομορφο διαμερισμα, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο! Θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε σιγουρα!!

On a passé un séjour incroyable chez Alexandros ! L’appartement était juste parfait : super propre, cosy, bien décoré et équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison. On a adoré y rentrer après nos balades. Le gros plus : la station de métro juste à côté, super pratique pour rejoindre le centre rapidement et sans stress. Et que dire des hôtes… Vraiment disponibles et ultra réactifs. On a senti qu’ils avaient à cœur de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, et ça fait toute la différence. Franchement, c’est un sans-faute. On repart avec plein de bons souvenirs et le sourire. Je recommande à 100 % !

The flat is a good fit for a family of 4 or 5 for some days. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect to explore Aegina. In Perdika you have everything in walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. And host Raphael was very responsive and helped out when we had a question.

our host was one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever met and he also came to help us when we arrived from the metro and also told us to take the best route of the metro and helped us to carry the luggage back to the apartment he also showed us around the house pointing out some very important things and how to use them he was very happy and full of cheer and the balcony view was just amazing looking out to the marvelous marble church in front of us he also left pillow mints on every bed his house is also stocked with utensils shampoo and the tv was also set and ready for any one to watch and the beds were very comfortable and neat and the bathroom was sparkling clean and he also booked a taxi for us to go to the airport our host, dionisis really walked the extra milefto make us feel comfortable and welcome in Athens!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

Appartement parfait 👍 Super emplacement, à proximité de tout: hyper centre, acropole, supérettes, resto, boutiques… Nous y sommes restés 5 jours et avons tt fait à pied ! Appartement propre, bien agencé, ensoleillé le matin. Machine à café sur place … et petites sucreries qui ont bien fait plaisir à mes garçons ! La proximité des bars font qu’il y a un peu de bruit le vendredi soir ! Très calme le matin 😊

Excelente. Estuvimos dos noches en el alojamiento de Christos. Muy cómodo, con todos los servicios. Una vista increíble de la ciudad. Respecto a Christos, una persona muy amabale, siempre en contacto, con recomendaciones y ayuda constante. Simplemente 10 de 10. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Je dirai que Agistri au mois de novembre est très très calme… il n’y a aucun restaurants d’ouvert mais une petite supérette pour pouvoir faire des courses et une boulangerie…. Le 1er jour nous étions un peu surpris mais nous avons découvert Agistri et ses petits villages à proximité avec de jolies criques et de jolies balades à faire. Desponia a été très gentille et a apporté les réponses à nos questions…. Un joli séjour mais attention village très calme à cette période… pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité c’est parfait…. Ramener des condiments si vous restez plusieurs jours et cuisinez

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Stamatis was an excellent host , more over he was an amazing person! He meets you at the entrance, explains everything in detail, gives you all the recommendations about where to go what to do, also has all of that written down for you at the apartment so you don't miss out on anything. The apartment was amazing, beautiful decor, clean, spacious, with a lovely balcony where we sat for our morning coffees, very nice kitchen which I used to cook a few times, netflix also installed on the tv, privately parking and underfloor heating in the house which was amazing. The rooftop pool was beautiful with amazing views , so if you stay in a warmer - summer season it will be amazing to use. The apartment is very close to the metro only a 3-5 minute walk literally. We enjoyed every moment of this beautiful apartment and I have to say I would give it a 10 star reviewif there was one. Exceptional..! We will definitely be staying again!! Efxraristo poli for that place. It was really nice and cosy. We had a great time in your house and we won’t hesitate to come back again to your place one day. It was calm, clean and beautiful inside. We did not miss anything.

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind in der Regel zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und antworten ziemlich schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir würden definitiv nochmal hier übernachten, wenn wir in Athen sind.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is centrally located with almost all tourist venues within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful arranging setting up transportation to and from the airport. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. It’s definitely a 10+.

We have just come back from our wonderful holiday and cannot recommend it more highly. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could need, and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. Rhodric was really helpful and responded immediately with lots of information. There is also a link to local recommendations, amenities and general info about the property that was brilliant. While you’re not in central Athens, Glyfada is a lovely low key alternative with lots of great restaurants and shops. The apartment is 10mins from the metro straight in to the city centre or 10mins to gorgeous beaches so you really do get the best of both worlds. We’d love to go back again!
