Vacation rentals with a patio in Attard

The place was good for what we wanted, a location central to walking or taking the bus to several neighborhoods where we were doing volunteer work. We stayed for three weeks and made it our home as there was a nice frozen food store next door and around the corner a good supermarket and coffee shops and restaurants. The bus stop was also close by and we used the bus every day. We appreciate that the bedrooms are far apart so we had a lot of privacy. Please note that one bedroom is much bigger when the other but it’s right on the street and so there is street noise and the sound of the freezer motors next door. Malta is kind of noisy everywhere but we preferred this location to the more touristy locations that could be much noisier with restaurant and bar noise downstairs. The living area is very small but the kitchen is really big and nice and we cooked a lot of meals and even baked in the oven! The place suited our basic needs and the neighborhood felt very safe.

Wir haben das erste mal auf Airbnb gebucht. Es ist toll, dass wir gleich beim 1. Mal diese positive Erfahrung machen durften. Die Wohnung ist absolut top, die Kommunikation 1A, die Lage ruhig für Malta und das Wohlfühlfeeling super. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit früher in das Appartment zu gehen. Louise ( Co- Host ) hat uns alles freundlich gezeigt, danke! Auch durften wir später auschecken, da unsere Flugzeiten so waren. Das war mega komfortabel! Die Garage konnten wir für 4 Euro pro Nacht nutzen. Es war von A-Z einfach nur angenehm in Lorianne`s Wohnung und ich empfehle diese zu 100%!!! Weiter so :-)

The apartment was quite large and is exactly as what is shown in the photos. All amenities were clean/well maintained and beds were comfortable. Our kid had a nice play set up and plenty of space for her to run around. The host was extremely responsive. The only problem is that there is always some constructions happening in the neighbourhood. So gets bit dusty and it is not easy to find a parking spot all the time. Wouldn’t give a second thought of staying again the next time we visit Malta hoping it becomes construction free zone soon.

L'appartamento ampio e moderno si trova in zona tranquilla in periferia vicina di La Valletta, raggiungibile comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Lo stabile è moderno e organizzato su diversi piani, probabilmente interamente dedicati ad alloggi turistici. L'allestimento interno è essenziale e funzionale, moderno. David Leo è un host molto disponibile ed estremamente flessibile e reattivo. Siamo stati benissimo nel nostro soggiorno di 7 notti. Grazie per l'impeccabile servizio reso. consigliatissimo.

Detta boendet överträffade alla förväntningar. Det var ännu finare än på bilderna och utsikten har helt fantastisk. Takpoolen var supernice och inte så mycket folk. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. Vi ville typ inte åka hem!

Staying at this penthouse in Malta was such a treat! The space was even more beautiful than the photos — bright, spacious, and with incredible views. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

Une nuit agréable dans ce logement spacieux et au look typique. La terrasse est appréciable pour les repas, les équipements suffisant. Située entre Sliema et La Valette, il est pratique de s’y rendre en bus avec des arrêts à proximité et très régulier, de jour comme de nuit.

Living at Paddy’s charming studio flat is a really great experience, and Warren is an amazing host. We felt right at home, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable as well as special. Il-Hamrun is not exactly a typical tourist area, what you get instead is an inside into local Maltese life. The restaurants, the bars, the local corner shops, wherever we went we met extremely friendly people, and they remembered us when we came back. And yet, there are many bus routes nearby, going to all the touri-hotspots when you choose to do so. Coming back ‘home’ to Paddy’s in the evening felt like coming to an oasis, we spent a lot of time outside in the patio area. If there was anything wrong, then it was the mosquitoes, be prepared :) Warren provided us with further valuable insider tips (thank you, Warren!!).

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

We had a fantastic stay—this place exceeded all our expectations. The house is beautifully maintained, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is spacious and comfortable, and the entire space has a warm, welcoming vibe. The location is great—close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Just a small heads-up: the two bedrooms face the main road, so you might hear a bit of traffic from time to time. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommended!

Great price for the location and amount of space. Beds were comfortable and the courtyard was nice. The water pressure in the showers isn’t very good though and you have to bring your own shampoo & conditioner & body wash.

Malta ist immer einen Besuch Wert, aber Gozo hat die Position der ruhigen und grünen Seite der Inseln. Und inmitten des Herzens von Gozo in Viktoria befindet sich in einer ruhigen, zentralen Seitenstrasse im Stile eines 'house of character' das Apartment von Rowen. Wer dort einkehrt, wohnt nicht nur zur Miete, sondern lebt dort die Zeit, die er dort verbringt: grüßende Nachbarn, alle Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Lebens sind in der Umgebung wie Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt (beste Austern!!), und vom Zentrum kommt man an jeden Punkt der Insel in weniger als 20 Minuten. Rowan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, das Apartment ist 1A gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts incl. allem nötigen Beiwerk zum kochen wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer. Das mag eine Kleinigkeit sein, aber es ist immer sehr unangenehm, wenn man diese Dinge erst selber für ein paar Tage einkaufen muss. Mein Tip: eine klare Empfehlung, einfach ausprobieren!

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Edward ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im Keller und ist daher bei hohen Temperaturen kühl. Durch die Terrasse fällt außerdem genug Licht in die Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est idéalement placé, il est à 10 minutes de Saint Julian. Il y a deux supérettes juste en face, ce qui est super pratique. La terrasse est super grande et appréciable pour se détendre le soir. Le logement est super propre et pratique.

Ottimo appartamento, molto pulito, posizione perfetta, riservata ma comoda ai servizi, nessun rumore di vicini, host molto disponibile e gentile, aspettative superate, super consigliato

Superbe adresse. L'hôte est super réactif. Et très bons conseils sur les choses a faire a proximité du logement. C'était un superbe séjour, un grand merci pour cet accueil.

Die Unterkunft war absolut top! Alles war super sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es gab sogar einen Trockner und eine PlayStation. Das absolute Highlight war die private Dachterrasse mit Pool, Jacuzzi und Außendusche – ein echter Traum! Besonders beeindruckend war, wie viel Privatsphäre man dort hatte, obwohl man mitten im Geschehen ist. Svetlana und Daniel waren großartige Gastgeber – super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
