The property enjoys breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

PENTHOUSE BY THE SEA

Apartment in an elegant new building 300 meters from the sea: kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and large terrace. Scerne is just minutes from two renowned seaside resorts: Pineto and Roseto degli Abruzzi, also reachable by bike. In addition to the sandy beaches of Pineto and Roseto, in Scerne you will find a stretch of coast with pebble beaches: an unspoiled oasis where you can enjoy the beauty of the sea in all its naturalness.

A refuge in the countryside

The tent we rent is new and very spacious, 4 ml in diameter. The pole in the center allows you to stand comfortably. It has a capacity of 4/5 single or 4 single mattresses with a square and a half ( Up to 140cm each). Inside it's empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep ( mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here at the property. The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily tax of 2 euros.

CASA BELVEDERE

Small newly renovated house in the historic center of Castiglione Messer Raimondo, halfway between the mountains and the sea. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Fino valley with the villages of Montefino and Castilenti in the foreground. Castiglione offers tranquility to its guests, excellent traditional peasant dishes and tasty countryside products (oil, wine, pecorino cheese and our arrosticini).
