Newly built house with 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room (180, 160 & 160 cm). Kitchen, living room and hall are in open plan. It offers all amenities with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom, kitchen island, dishwasher, induction stovetop, built-in oven and microwave/oven. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture (in spring, summer and autumn) and charcoal grill. The house is about 75 meters from Lake Skagern and close to swimming, fishing and a campsite with a kiosk, mini golf, boat and canoe rental. Boat ramp may be used for a fee.

It is near the picturesque village of Svartå. We are close to Tiveden nature park. And directly on hiking, cycling and canoe routes. Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right along the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, boating, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, there is a cafe restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by free space in the forest. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee

Villa Sjötullen is incredibly beautifully located right by the lake Stor Björken. The villa is 1 1/2-storey with a large country kitchen but modern, with all the equipment and a nice wood stove. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl. washing machine and dryer. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table, double doors out to the wooden deck. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Relax on the farm dating back to the 16th century, and is located on the beautiful peninsula of Södra Råda in the southeast of Värmland located in the lake Skagern. Our Cows walk out year round and live as naturally as possible. Here you are close to both swimming and nature. If you want to go fishing or just row for a little while, there is a rowing boat to borrow. Just 7 km away you can see the salmoners playing Oct-Nov. Ribbingsfors golf course is 10 km away. Div. shops 8 km.

Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
