Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.

Come enjoy my 3 bed 3 bath house named the Sweet Retreat because it is located on Sugar Creek. The house is just feet from the water. On this property you can enjoy fishing from the private dock and 3 kayaks that are located on the property. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a brand new king mattress, both of these bedrooms have French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the water. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized tempurpedic mattress.
