The Host is very kind and responsive. The house is very safe because it has a police station next to it. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house is big and pretty, it has all what you need. Pool is beautiful. Definitely will come back.

Everything is excellent! The house is beautiful, very spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful patio, fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the bathrooms also beautiful. The street on which it is located is very quiet and full of trees and nature, even being a few blocks from shopping. Super friendly Verenna, she guided us in everything and gave us all the necessary directions. 100% recommended.

Fabian's place was great for a quiet stay in Asuncion. It's located very conveniently near the local markets, which provided very cheap meals and fruit/veg. There was also a small mall with a supermarket a few blocks away (and a cinema!). The space is furnished well with everything you could need for a comfortable stay to work or as a base to travel from. Fabian was always responsive and helpful. Super quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to the centre. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Access to the rooftop was a nice plus!

Doña Karla and Don Felipe, have given us the best treatment we have received in Paraguay. The treatment was easy, and pleasant, as well as clear communication. The house is quite well located, in what could be considered a fairly residential Urban Periphery, but with proximity to many trade options; located between the Center and the Extraradio of the Metropolitan Zone of Gran Asunción. The quality of the building is quite good; it contains the neighborhood noises much better than do Buildings located in sectors such as Recoleta, Villa Morra and/or the Corporate Axis. Highly recommended.

Simply a great hosting experience in Asunción. A little away from the center but Uber is cheap. The house is beautiful and very young. Very cozy. The host made me feel at home for sure I'll be back! Very kind and pleasant Alberto! Communicative and extremely helpful to help you at all times!

Very attentive host and very well located house close to downtown.

Google maps sent me somewhere else not so far away. There is a Calle Aztec and another Calle Aztec. The last one is the correct one.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing, timely service and communication whenever needed, it has excellent quality Internet to work, very close to the historic center, it is a very nice place to walk.
