We’ve never had a better experience with Clair & the team. The team was communicative, respectful, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at Clair’s apartment. We would absolutely stay again, recommend to other guests!

The Carriage House is a lovely place to stay, it was clean, spacious and modern. Liz and Dylan were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were also greeted with fresh bread, butter, milk and chocolates on arrival, which was very nice and much appreciated. We would happily stay here again if we were in the area.

this was such a great place! Everything you would need is just a short walk down the street. There is private parking if youre driving. The home is nice and cozy with a cool back yard chillout spot, quiet neighborhood aswell. Well worth the stay.

The Coach House is a stunning property! Giles and Roberta have managed to find the perfect balance of personalisation, making the house feel extremely homely but not somebody else's home! We particularly enjoyed the Wolves FC memorabilia being fans ourselves! The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of basic supplies available. The bathrooms were beautifully presented with no expense spared and the living space was much bigger than expected. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Giles and Roberta were very respectful of our privacy during our time there, but also making it clear they were available if we needed anything. Thank you both, we Hope to visit again!

Cozy 3-bed house in Birmingham with Netflix

This is our second time staying at Nolicia's and again we felt at home. The place is immaculate. Smelt amazing as we walked in through the frontdoor. Check in was easy and the drive way was big enough to park both our cars. Bedrooms were spacious and the shower is fantastic. We always try and book here when we come home to visit family as its our home away from home. Thank you so much for having us again. Until next time :) Rach. Xx

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Excellent. Had everything we could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bathroom and shower. A proper little apartment really. Marie was always responsive and made sure we had everything. Our stay was brief but we certainly enjoyed it.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Hayley is the perfect host, accepted my request at short notice, very friendly and responsive. The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! I highly recommend a stay at Haley's Annex you won't be disappointed, I would deferentially book again! Hayley many thanks!
