L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, next to the main house to be rented, is our second, smaller apartment, the "Old Carpentry". The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
