The owner was available and she was able to resolve a few minor inconveniences immediately. My kids liked the toys available to them. I liked that there was a high chair and playpen for my baby. The cable and Netflix were too good not to use when sleeping or resting. We were a big family and we didn't feel stuck, big enough for a big family. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside, I have a big truck and there is a small parking lot, but it's not a big negative.

We had a very pleasant stay in an incredible setting in a cocoon of sweetness.

Overall we had a nice stay at Kathy's cottage. The place is spacious and warm. It is also well-equipped. Ideal if you are going skiing at Mont-Vert (within walking distance) and a central location to visit around Lac St-Jean.

I love the place and the hosts. My second time there in 2 years and I am impressed by the consistency of their service. Clean, quiet, and efficient.

This was our 2nd year staying at Ryan’s and as usual it did not disappoint. Lots of room and amenities for 7 men, lots of parking space for truck and trailers, the trails were easily accessible and gas station/store across the road. It doesn’t get any better than that. Cheers

We loved our 5-night family stay in this beautiful, well-renovated ancestral home whose old-fashioned character has been carefully preserved. Everything was perfect and we really didn't lack anything. Quiet site and quick access for our trips to Saguenay or Lac-St-Jean. Our Host Jules was always quick and proactive in answering our questions. We recommend this place and plan to return for another stay.

I mostly communicated with Mathieu, the co-host, who was very responsive and kind. We were 6 adults and a pet and we were very happy. It was not a problem to make fires, we had beautiful wood provided. It's a quiet, clean, very well-equipped place with a great view of the Péribonka River! We had a great time and I think I'll be back eventually! Thanks to Mathieu and Jean-François!
