Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

It is only 300m from the highway to our entrance. There is a fire pit area to enjoy during your stay and the creek is a short walk from the cottage. For meals there is a microwave, Weber BBQ, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. A few basic breakfast supplies can be provided.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.
