It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

The entire top level of this quintessential Brisbane home is a self-contained 3-bedroom home with a large back deck for entertaining. The house has a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, but still keeps the traditional style of the home. Paddington is one of the most sought-after suburbs in Brisbane. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.
