It is located 1 mile from The Coffee House, where you can enjoy Cafe' au lait, beignets and much more. There are also shops in the Cajun Village that have Louisiana themed decor, souvenirs and artwork. Tanger Outlets in Gonzales is located 6 miles down I-10W. This is a golf cart ONLY community and we offer a 4-seat golf cart with the rental. Get ready to explore nature as you head over the bridge onto the island for some rest & relaxation!

The Frog House is a comfortable and updated two bedroom house located at the intersection of Bayou Manchac and Alligator Bayou. The Colonel’s Inn

Built in 1929, this old cozy country home was built with a country store. In the 50’s they were joined. A big room was added to the store portion, and is now a very unique meeting hall that features live music on occasion. Not part of the inn rental, but this space can be rented as well. (Pricing varies for these spaces) Gorgeous back porch with lots of plants. 60 miles to New Orleans, 15 miles to Baton Rouge. 2 miles to 1-10. Walmart 5 miles. Convenience store 500 feet.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

Located on Three Rivers Island in SE Louisiana. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy the relaxing experience at Our Little Diversion. Once you park your vehicle in the Three Rivers Island parking lot, you'll hop in our 4-seater black golf cart and start your adventure. We have fishing poles, a boat lift should you choose to bring your own boat, swings and outdoor seating, and all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your stay.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place to other surrounding towns. Walmart Neighborhood, Hardware Store, Dollard General and OLOL Urgent Care within 3 minutes from the house. Several Restaurants in Gonzales within 10-15 mins from the house. River relax get away camp

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the deck, Drink coffee and watch the boats go by. Fish right off the pier with fishing poles or throw out a provided net. If you have a boat you can access lake Maurepas for sand bar fun or visit lots of restaurants by boat or car.
