Great location and lots of amenities to keep everyone busy! Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was clear communication and we'll definitely be staying again when we come back to the area!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. It was spacious and well-cared for. While not located in downtown Portland, it was just minutes away by car. There was ample parking in the driveway and on the street. Meghan was a very responsive and flexible host. We had a great time.

This is one of the best Air B&B experiences that we’ve had…beautiful place and surroundings, great amenities and personal touches, wonderful recommendations. Couldn’t have had a better time.

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

This beautiful venue was worth every penny. Chris greeted us and made us feel right at home, even pointing out opportunities for viewing local wildlife! Our party of 10 (ages ranging from 14 to 74) never felt crowded, a floor for every family! The kids even played "hide & seek" in the house. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Try as we may, we can't think of one thing we would have changed about our stay. Thank you Chris, Jason and family for sharing this beautiful home!

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

We arrived and saw either the hosts or prior renters had left a few key basic unopened items in the fridge to help ease us into our stay: items like half and half, some eggs and butter were present. The hosts had also made the effort to leave a small welcome and departing treat for me and the family that was a nice touch. The building was older but with that comes the charms of different features liked slightly raised floors at times and other anomalies. The rooms were freshly painted and we never saw any signs of pests inside.The location was close to the shore and walkable to the pier and attractions. The beach was extremely clean and though we only went at off hours (late night or sunrise) it was always relaxing. There is an active set of train tracks nearby so don't be alarmed, it's about a mile off I'd guess but you will hear them pass through.The roads were pretty quiet in the neighborhood and kids plays on the inactive street for hours. The home was very well maintained, clean and quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend “the Little House”!

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

Had a relaxing stay this past weekend. The apartment had all that I needed and was close to great restaurants. As always, Spencer was a fantastic host. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Robert and Janette’s place for a “girls” getaway. The apartment was well appointed, pristine, and a perfect location, —only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Kennebunkport’s fabulous shops and restaurants. Self check in was easy and we appreciated the on-premise parking. We recommend highly!

I cannot say enough positive things about Emily and Matt’s beautiful cottage. It overlooks a blueberry field with paths that wind around the property and into the forest. Sunsets from the porch are amazing and the outdoor shower was lovely! It was an absolutely magical place to rest at after tent camping in Acadia for a week. Matt and Emily are gracious hosts who live on the property (which is around 18 acres). While we were out for a stroll, we met Matt and his kiddos. They’re so sweet! He told us a bit about the property and offered us some honey that was harvested right there on the property! If you get a chance, go to the the Main Street Creamery in Bridgton. Amazing ice cream! If you’re into beer, Oxbow brewing is a must! The bookstore in town is pretty cool too! We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for an amazing visit friends!

I stayed at Alan's place before and I specifically booked his place again. I would have worked my flights around availability if I needed to. I love the location and the apartment layout is absolutely the best. Peaceful and relaxing and everything anyone could need or want is there. Alan and his wife are so friendly and welcoming. I plan on staying with them again for sure. I love looking out the windows at the surrounding trees and I took pictures of the wild turkeys enjoying their surroundings as well this year!

The listing, the communication, the home, the location…all exceptional. Haven’t had a nicer place than this in a while. It was quiet and very comfortable. Minutes from great food, shopping, and things to love in the North Conway area. Very much recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Krysten's chateau was perfect for a family trip with my girlfriend, my sister and my sister's husband! The two bedrooms were very tidy and cozy and both bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps. Krysten left thoughtful touches through the space such as a guide book with recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and instructions for check in, check out, and how to use all of the amenities. the view from the back porch was beautiful and this made for a very cozy, yet spacious, place to rest after long days of hiking various trails (and Mt. Monroe) and visiting the surrounding areas, including North Conway. This space would be especially great for families with kids because there are board games included by the owner(s), bunk beds in the second bedroom as well as a second queen bed, and you would be in arms reach or Story Land! Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this AirBnb to anyone looking for an affordable, renovated, clean, and beautiful space for their trip to New Hampshire!
