Very nice, quiet apartment in a secure residence with quality furniture and amenities (furniture/electrical appliances/bedding). Beautiful terrace with flower garden. Impeccable cleanliness! Pool access in the residence next door (50 meters). Covered parking. Vehicle essential because there is nothing within reasonable walking distance and at the top of a fairly steep hill. Supermarket just 5 min by car/15 min from downtown Papeete. Very good communication with Clementine from the management agency who is very responsive (resolved a small problem of connection to Netflix in a short time). Very satisfied with my stay in this apartment. Recommended!

My husband and I had business in the marina and this apartment was perfect for that reason! Extremely clean and comfortable, and walking distance to and from the marina. We were also able to rent a car across the street from the building. That was very convenient! Communication was excellent, sunset was gorgeous every night, and for our purpose in Tahiti, Sweet Sunset was the perfect place for us.

This is the place you wanna book when you visit Tahiti. Very peaceful place, beach is very close by and not crowded at all. Very close to stores and other restaurants. Romaine was an amazing host always responsive and flexible with check in options. Definitely recommend over a resort!

Wonderful accommodation worthy of a 4-star hotel. The welcome is friendly and perfect. A beautiful equipped kitchen allows you to be independent for cooking. Very large bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful bedroom with quiet central ventilation. Dressing room for storing everything. Balcony with table, chairs and armchairs to watch the sunset over Moorea. A magnificent swimming pool and available for the 4 B&B and owner's accommodations. Beautiful garden. Private parking with plenty of space. Quiet & peaceful place. Lots of taste in the decoration of the accommodation. Free and fast WiFi. Exceptional value for money. I will come back to it without hesitation. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.

Comfortable and secure Studio Apartment with responsive and helpful hosts. We needed to be close enough to walk to the Papeete Marina and CBD which is walkable in approx 15 mins. There is also a great local supermarket nearby and nice local restaurants. Would recommend.

Definitely enjoyed our time here.. From booking to check out, everything was seamless, with instructions given in written and video format, showing directions, location of lockbox, where to park etc. Really helpful, when checking in at midnight 😀 Hosts kept in touch and replied to questions quickly. Apartment in a very good location, 5 min walk from the ferries to Bora Bora and Moréa, 10 min walk from the market and the city center. Great apartment, very clean. The only downside is that it lacks a little equipment in the kitchen, among other things, a microwave. For the rest, everything was perfect; very kind and pleasant management. We had a great stay, the apartment is very spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony. The road to the place is quite bumpy and the parking place tested my skills a little but both were described accurately and we were well prepared. There is a sweet restaurant on the beach side and a gas station walking distance away and a supermarket and amazing bakery a short drive away. The instructions to enter were clear and available prior to arrival. We were provided with tips and suggestions for activities and the apartment has a few extra business cards of local tours/restaurants/taxis We advise having a car to get around well for future guests We really had good time, merci for all Bernadette & Vanessa

Wow, ten stars! This condo in Tahiti delivered an absolutely stunning and unbeatable experience. The unit feels brand new, and the entire property, from our unit to the complex grounds, were immaculately clean. We loved the peaceful, neutral design, which provided the perfect backdrop to the vibrant greenery of the tropical garden and the beautiful blues of the infinity pool and private beach. The ocean views from the beach of Moorea were simply heavenly. Magdalena was an incredible host, warmly greeting us in person and showing us all the ropes. She was always on hand to help and gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations. We truly cannot recommend this place enough; it was a wonderful and memorable stay, thank you!!

Looking at the building from outside appeared a little deceiving, but the place is truly a gem. It did take some time figuring out the directions, from getting into the gate, to the basement garage, to the codes for all entries, but in the end it was all worth it. Bradley’s place was clean, beautiful and spacious, in a good location with a great view of the water and Mo’orea from the large open balcony. The fresh flowers in the bathrooms and living room left a long lasting fragrance was a nice touch! Plenty of food options nearby, as well as beach options. Papeete and the airport is a short drive away. Bradley was helpful and responsive to questions. Overall, an excellent stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, large open floor and large balcony place!

What a place! You have got views on whole Papeete, with swimming pool on top. Terrace, two bathroom, Netflix and A/C.. What else do you need? Highly recommended!

A Dream Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful accommodation, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, [Host's Name], was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with great tips for local restaurants and attractions that made my stay even better. The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my morning coffee while taking in the city view. The location is perfect! Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Harbour , from where you can quickly access all the major sights. Additionally, there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby that made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation

Great place, would recommend!

Mareva and her husband were great. She stayed on top of our travel plans making sure we made it. We got there super late. Got our car and had trouble finding the house. Michael (her husband) came right away and found us and led us to the house. It’s upstairs so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t a big deal. They helped us. Even though it was so late (2am) Mareva and Michael got the ferry schedule and helped us figure out when we needed to leave to go to Moorea. Then they got up early and led us there and helped to get our tickets and they were able to get us a discount. We stayed one night and it was just a few hours. Everything was like in the description.

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay. They were incredibly amazing hosts and picked me up and took me to the airport charging me the cost of a taxi ride but creating more convenience because they knew exactly how to get to my house. Upon arrival they supplied me with water and juice and I wasn't expecting these. They also showed me how to easily connect to the wifi right away. My only goal during my time at their spot was to enjoy enjoy enjoy the tub and oh my goodness was it AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! So grateful I chose this sport to relax in before another long flight home! Thank you thank you thank your for your space and their accommodations. The bed was also super comfy!!!

The settings and the grounds where very peaceful and charming. The staff were very friendly and owner was very hospitable. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment were available. The breakfast was great and more than enough for us. The location was very nice, and having the grocery store right next door was a lot of help. My daughter really liked the friendly dog on the premise and she would like to visit again. I would highly recommend the place.

The place is beautiful, very quiet, in the greenery and overlooking the sea. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. Magalie is adorable and always ready to be of service. A little far from the city and the sea so a vehicle is a must. We highly recommend it.

definitely the highlight of my Moorea trip, this place was truly a gem. the location is exquisite, offering beautiful surroundings, a top tier lagoon, and peace away from the tourist traps. it was truly surreal to kayak into the lagoon every day with amazing snorkeling and seeing spinner dolphins in the morning. having such convenience cannot be matched. the outside beach area is also a complete vibe, with a mix of Buddha and LED inspired decorations, it was the perfect way to unwind. despite there being other guests on the property, I never felt intruded on and always maintained a private quiet experience. this is the definition of a 5 star stay and I will definitely return in the future!
