Such a great location, close to everything and really quite and cozy place to stay

Our 7 day stay here was perfect; we just needed simple accommodations to bathe and sleep as we wanted to be out experiencing the island every day, not in our room. Everyone else staying there was very mellow and amicable; we always slept well. We didn't cook there as we ate out every day, but there were adequate pots/pans/cutlery in case you decide to; there is also an outdoor cooking space by the pool. We mostly got around the area by foot or using the green scooters-the grocery store and Eagle beach are a very walkable distance. I did take a spill on one of the scooters and ended up with a pretty bad gash on my arm. I woke up to blood on the sheets and sent a message to host requesting clean ones and had them right away-very responsive. You can expect construction anywhere you stay on the island, but it was lowkey in this area. some banging here and there but nothing unbearable by any means. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning myself.

Absolutely loved it. The owner is super attentive ( fast communication, super friendly). The house was spotless, never saw one insect of any kind, the location was great, the neighbors were quiet. This was our third trip (10 nights this time)and we enjoyed the 500m distance to the beach, having the super food 3 blocks away was great, Parking was easy, everything was clean and very safe. It’s not the ritz, and it’s not pretending to be. It is a very nice place in a great location with friendly people and easy access to everything. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you so much for making our trip easy and comfortable. See you soon.

We had a great time in Mitch & Jessica's house! Enjoy the lovely swimming pool, the tranquility, the (tropical) pets, the nice chill spots, the BBQ, and the hospitality! They were always in for nice conversations and the atmosphere was casual. Nice location in the middle of the island, from here you can get everywhere by car. We will definitely come back if we are in Aruba again.

Our recent stay at Oceania was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with views of crystal – clear turquoise waters, stretching out as far as the eye can see. We loved waking up and enjoying our coffee on the private terrace with the ocean breeze. What truly set this property apart was the beach – it was refreshingly uncrowded, providing a sense of peace and tranquility that’s hard to find in more tourist-heavy areas. The location was also ideal-quiet enough for a peaceful retreat but close enough to nearby restaurants, shops and activities when we wanted to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring our every need was met. We can’t wait to return!

It’s give or take 10-15 minutes away from most attractions (beaches, groceries and restaurants, airport) but we were ok with that because we prefer to be quiet. You definitely need a car and they have one for rent if you need it. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The place is very clean and has everything you would need. Private patio and pool were great! Thank you Nicole and Kevin! We loved our week!

Our stay in this apartment was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, very well decorated and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Silvana and Pico were extremely friendly and attentive, always available to answer any questions and give us great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba. Highly recommended!

This home has everything you need for 2 adults and 2 children to sleep. The chairs in the living room convert to lay flat. But they are very firm. The bed was very firm however the just purchased a foam roller during our stay and it made the bed perfect. They have beach towels and everything you need for the beach. You can walk to tres trapias in about 15-25 min. I recommend a car rental during your stay to get to the super market. One such as super food you will find comparable American options. USD is accepted everywhere and the water from the tap is #3 in the world for cleanliness and taste. The gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer and grill all work great. Laundry is easy to access and use. Make use of the ice trays each night and you won’t need to buy a bag of ice to keep everything cold in the ice chest the host provides. Privacy is yours despite being attached to the family home. Highly recommend

Great location - lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to beaches. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for a week-long stay with a baby. When we had a problem with one of the appliances, the host resolved it extremely quickly.

My friends and I decided to book Alexandra’s property for our birthday vacation and I can say it exceeded our expectations. Alexandra was responsive whenever needed, as well as Cady, who manages the home. Cady gave us a great warm welcome and any information we needed. The house looked exactly like the photos and the overall ambiance & privacy of the community was great. I would love to stay here again for my next trip to Aruba, for sure. Thank you for everything!

Very nice and clean apartment. Convenient location to beaches, casinos, restaurants. Strongly recommend renting a car. Very good management company. They pay attention to details in keeping the premise clean.
