Adjacent to the property are grass areas and nature reserves Fully equipped kitchen and toilet in the apartment. In the laundry room just outside there is a washing machine and shower. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. Grocery store about 3 minutes and restaurants are in the nearby area. Bed linen is not included, only duvets (2 pcs 150x200) and pillows.
