Încep prin a spune ca Adina e mai mult decât o gazdă , este și un ghid local , și spun asta deoarece se interesează ca fiecare vizitator să fie îndrumat către cele mai bune locuri dar și spre locuită propiu zisă prin cele mai facile metode. Locuită este curată , poziționată aproape de bulevard, balcon mare , dormitor cald și primitor , totul amenajat cu bun simț . Locuită este utilă cu tot ce trebuie pentru o ședere ca la carte. Cu siguranță vom mai revenii la ea atunci când vom mai ajunge prin zona . 10 🌟

Locatie:Apartamentul este situat intr o zona foarte linistita, aproape de o plaja neamanajata, perfecta pentru cineva care nu prefera agitatia. Este amenajat modern, cu tot ce trebuie(nu am dus lipsa de absolut nimic). Proprietarul: o gazda minunata. Ne a pus la dispozitie cu multă amabilitate intreaga locuinta, ba chiar a fost dispus sa ne permita sa stam dupa ora de check-out. Per total, pentru cineva care doreste cateva zile de liniste, aproape de malul marii, locatia este perfecta. Ne am simtit ca acasa.

Thanks Anna and Theo for your perfect hospitality. The Villa was one of the best places we've stayed at. Well equipped, perfectly maintained, sparkling clean, with fantastic facilities including the Jacuzzi, Spa and Sauna. Anna and Theo responded immediately to requests, had helpful local recommendations, and immediately helped with extending our stay due to a flight cancelation. The location is near multiple tourist attractions and the Albena beach. We stayed late September so was already off season but the weather was still warm for most of our stay. Thank you!

Un apartament elegant, modern si confortabil intr-o zona linistita si selecta. Gazda este atenta la detalii si disponibila sa iti faca sederea cat mai placuta. Am avut o experienta placuta, odihnitoare si eleganta. Privelistea de pe terasa este foarte frumoasa, ne-am bucurat de ea in special seara, cand poti vedea stelele si lumina lunii reflectata in valurile marii. De dimineata te poti incarca cu energie fresh – trebuie doar sa deschizi usa si imediat vei simti briza marii. Complexul inspira siguranta, eleganta si liniste. TV-urile mari din apartament aduc un plus de comfort :) Recomand cu drag acest apartament pentru o experienta relaxanta si eleganta.

The Sea Escape

We arrived in the evening and we were delighted to find an apartment with Phillips hue lights and background music. The apartment is really big, looks just like in the pictures and offers everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The beach is one minute away, there are stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Lots of good things to say but I would highly recommend going yourselves ☺️

A spacious bed is presented with crisp white linens and a textured beige throw draped across the bottom. Folded towels are neatly arranged on the bed, complemented by a decorative cushion. Soft natural light enhances the inviting atmosphere of the room.

Un grazie a Mirela per la sua disponibilità e professionalità nel comunicare in momenti di qualche domanda, ho trovato appartamento che cercavo….bello, luminoso , pulito e di buon gusto … consiglio vivamente di provare se alloggiate in questa città… grazie mille!!

Very nice vacation home with astonishing view from the cliff to seaside. Villa is very spacious with clean and well-kept swimming pool. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, with two separate fridges, which was very nice as we were traveling as two families. In the nearby there is a hotel with restaurant where You can buy breakfast or dinner if You are lazy and don't want to cook :) The host is very friendly and very responsive. She provided us with all needed directions to closest beaches and good restaurants. It is a really wonderful place.

Am petrecut un sejur plăcut la Raluca! Ne-a plăcut foarte mult priveliștea superbă către lac, perfectă pentru serile liniștite și apusurile spectaculoase. Spațiul este curat, aerisit și amenajat cu bun gust, ideal pentru un cuplu care își dorește liniște, confort și o atmosferă plăcută. Patul este extrem de confortabil, iar totul a fost gândit astfel încât să ne simțim ca acasă. Mulțumim, Raluca, pentru ospitalitate!

mooie locatie, we waren hier met vrienden in december en dan is het ook een fijne rustige plek om even tot rust te komen, geweldig uitzicht, nette schone kamers, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief koffiezetapparaat en koffie. Het appartement heeft alles om je helemaal thuis te voelen. Op maximaal een kwartiertje lopen van het strand. Host is vriendelijk, reageert snel. Aanrader als je in Kavarna wilt verblijven.

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

Pentru cine mă cunoaște, aventurile mele ghinioniste pe litoralul romanesc, nu sunt rare. Este prima data când am stat bine la mare. Am dormit într-un apartament curat, aranjat cu gust, pat confortabil, și ferestre care au izolat gălăgia surprinzător de bine. Sper sa fie disponibil și anul viitor.
