I really liked the space, very clean and organized, the place is quiet without much external noise. Very close to PUC RS it is possible to walk, less than 10 minutes walk, so it met my need a lot.

A modern bathroom is equipped with dual sinks set into a granite countertop. Soft white towels are hung neatly on chrome towel bars. The mirrored wall reflects the clean design and neutral tile colors, contributing to a spacious feel.

I have already stayed in other properties managed by Lucas and Cia. Everything was great, but here's a tip: it would be nice to have a kit with olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as things to clean the kitchen or the floor (cloth) especially on rainy days like the period I stayed. The rest is always very good to stay at Connect! I highly recommend it!

It went well with hosting. The flat is impeccable, everything is very well taken care of - excellent, the service is also excellent, the check-in at the LIV condominium is very practical, as well as the check-out, it was just a matter of handing over the keys at the entrance. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, there is a cafeteria, in fact, the condominium is also excellent. I highly recommend it, even though I went with fewer guests because of the rain and road problems, the stay at the FLAT was impeccable. I will be back soon, I am already planning the return. Oh, also, congratulations to the Lemmon Homes Administrator, I registered here and I will recommend it to colleagues.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.
