Vacation rentals with a patio in Arpino

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those traveling by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than half an hour. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming and has all the necessary amenities, if visited in a cold season I only recommend bringing some extra blankets. Hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, despite not having met them we had no problems communicating via messages on the app. Especially recommended for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

Mrs. Amalia sent me the exact location, explaining that the road system of the town had changed. When we arrived, the lady and her husband provided us with detailed directions on where to buy fish, groceries, what to visit in the area, which beaches to visit. They made sure we were comfortable, allowing us to use a covered parking space and leaving their car uncovered. Even the various differentiated waste, they offered to deposit it themselves on the collection days. Given their availability and courtesy, I personally took care of two small faults that occurred without asking for anything, but they wanted to compensate us with local products purchased specifically. We were very impressed by the hospitality, the cool location despite the heat, the details of the apartment that, if possible next year, we will try to return.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Alessia allowed me to check in and out at flexible times and was very responsive. the airbnb is walking distance to the beach. made for a great weekend.

Giuseppe and his family offered us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home from the very start. Beautiful house and outdoor space, equipped with many games for our little one. Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). A 10-star stay with honors.

We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. We decided to stay in Tagliacozzo at Davide's because it gave us the opportunity to visit the surroundings. The parking near the house gave us the opportunity to walk around Tagliacozzo without having to take the car. Davide was very kind and I think it's a place I will recommend to my friends

We loved the house because it's a grand old two-storey Italian home, with furnishings kept in elegant period style by the owners. The front door opens to a sweeping staircase that wouldn't look out of place in the movies. The house is huge: up to five double bedrooms, formal & informal living spaces, a large and a small kitchen and three bathrooms. There's also a beautiful garden. As for parking we generally found car spots in the street outside. Definitely the classiest place to stay at when in Luco dei Marsi.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and cozy, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind. We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦

Casa Radiosa was a beautiful discovery, for us who were 6 of us it was a very pleasant stay. As a host we found two people of very rare availability! Highly recommended if you are passing through Sora and surroundings 🥰
