Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

With unspoiled lake views from each bedroom and the living area, a large deck with a partial porch, and all the modern amenities, this enchanting getaway will see to all your needs. With Fort Kent, Madawaksa, Edmundston, and Saint Agatha all within 20 minutes, you will have plenty of well established towns to explore. We call it The Decompression Chamber for a reason

Trail Haven Lake House

The Trail Haven Lake House is a two bedroom vacation rental completed in the summer or 2023. It is located in the heart of Northern Maine on Eagle Lake. If you enjoy outdoor sports or just want to get away, reflect and check out the beautiful scenery and wildlife, do remote work, this location has it all. There are several walking/ATV trails that can be accessed from Sly Brook Road. From approximately mid January through early April, snowmobilers have additional trail access across Eagle Lake.

When you sit on the deck with your cup of coffee in the morning, all you see is river and trees & hills...and birds-chickadees to eagles. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
