Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Arnhem

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

This location is exactly what the description and the pictures say. A lovely house with good beds and furnished for 8 people. A pleasant host who is easily accessible. Good appointments and everything is fine!

We had a nice Christmas time here with family. Nice that there was also a Christmas tree! It is a pleasant space with a very nice large (double) dining table, great kitchen and nice sitting area with (gas)fireplace. Ideal for the Christmas dinner. We had four bedrooms, each with fine private sanitary facilities (shower and/or bath and toilet). Spacious parking space. It is the back half of a former hotel, has also been a "doctor's home". Upstairs are three great hotel rooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a doubter). Downstairs another great bedroom with double beds. The rooms with their own sanitary facilities give a pleasant piece of privacy. The house is nicely decorated and well furnished. Everything was nice and clean and tidy. Sonja is a top host. She helped us on a hand blender on Christmas Eve. Thx!

We had a wonderful time at Sunny's Chalet! My dog and I immediately felt comfortable. The small chalet is lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need – even more. Sunny was always available, kind and warm. She gave us great tips for things to do in the area, such as visiting an ice cream shop she recommended or a trip to the national park. It felt like you were visiting a dear friend who fulfills every wish. Sunny has such a warm and open way that you feel immediately welcome. Our stay was more than just a place to stay – it was an experience full of warmth, comfort and beautiful moments. We will definitely be back and totally recommend Sunny!

Albertine is a model hostess, fast and adequate communication, super warm, quick to respond to questions and a pleasant sense of humor. The house (cottage does the shortage) is with care and tastefully furnished. The best equipped kitchen we ever saw, really everything was there. The area is rural, soothing tranquility. And, for people who like hiking like us: the Trekvogelpad and the Maarten van Rossumpad walk right past the house! As far as we are concerned, this accommodation is a hit on all points

We had a fantastic time at Rein's beautiful house! Very nicely decorated , super neat . Very practical kitchen and bathroom and just cozy rooms! The area is also very relaxing and ideal for hiking. We spotted the Easter bunny and some more deer ! Certainly subject to repetition!

Absolutely lucky! Our short break in this charming chalet in Lathum was simply great. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the place as soon as we arrived. Everything was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared – you immediately felt at home. For what is offered, the price is really more than fair. The location of the chalet is simply perfect. It is quietly located and yet many beautiful places and activities in Holland are wonderfully accessible from here. We can fully recommend this chalet and will definitely be back! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for this wonderful stay!

We had amazing time and our stay was perfect! We enjoyed everything what the place offers, the nature, peaceful time, cosy house and beautiful garden where our dog was very happy. Alan was very friendly, helpful and we felt very welcome. We hope we will come to visit again in the future! :)

We have enjoyed the stay in the chalet. A wonderfully quiet holiday park, very easy to get to the entrance of Park Hoge Veluwe with a bike rented in the park. The chalet had everything you need for a stay. It was also very convenient that there are two charging points at the parking lot at the reception for charging an electric car! It was very cold outside, but the heating in the chalet was completely top!

We had a great stay here! We were warmly welcomed by the host, with all kinds of fun tips for the surroundings. The cottage was equipped with every comfort, with a lovely gas heater against the cold. Very cozy and located in a beautiful area, with many hiking options and cozy restaurants nearby. The further communication with the host was very pleasant, it is worth the money. We'd love to come back!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

A very cozy chalet on the corner of a small holiday park, right on the outskirts of the forest. How beautiful that was, the sun that shone in from the forest through the large, cozy windows at the front. Cozily furnished, many things available such as pepper, salt, coffee, tea. All cutlery, pans, many types of glasses. The beds were good. 2 cozy blankets for the sofa, candles, etc. Lots of towels, tea towels, bath towels etc. Plenty to do in the park for children, a large jumping trampoline, table tennis, table football, playground, etc. Staff were nice! Sandwiches could be ordered at reception before 5 p.m. and next morning pick up from 8:45 am. This is because shop was still closed. TV is very small. Internet via the free Wi-Fi of the chalet worked well!

Staying with Wendy was entertaining and very nice. The apartment has everything you need and is nicely private at the beginning of the park. Communication with Wendy was excellent. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

We had booked the cottage for old and new because our dog is afraid of fireworks. It was wonderfully quiet, only around midnight of course noise. The reception was more than warm, there was a bottle of bubbly ready, a personal card and even for the dog there was something tasty. We've felt at home from start to finish. Really everything was present, up to a booklet with tips for outings. On the last day we got a message that we could take it easy to leave, which also gave peace. In short: really recommended! We had a lovely family holiday at Anna's house. Communication with Anna was very kind and straightforward. The house is very modern and lovingly furnished. Everything was clean and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. We felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is quiet, yet shops are very close. In and around Oosterbeek there are many beautiful places and nature to discover. By car or bike, you can quickly get to Arnhem. It was a completely successful vacation, we can highly recommend a stay in Anna's house!

The apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful old town house which is totally preserved in it's original state, but with the apartment being on the top floor there's two sets of steep stairs to climb, the apartment quite big and is lovely, with all the equipment you need for a long stay, bedroom is nice too, only negatives are there's no door at the top of the stairs for the whole apartment just the living room and bedroom have doors and I wasn't given a key those rooms either, and the W/C and toilet area was very small and the door didn't lock, the hosts where very friendly and didn't bother me whatsoever and i felt reasonably comfortable upstairs on my own, sharing someone's property isn't for everyone but it's sometimes nicer than just a hotel room with 4 walls, a little home from home i suppose !

Spent 4 nights in Lukas’s quirky home. Great position - very close to railway station & all Oosterbeek (no car required). Lukas showed us round the house which he moved out of for the duration of our stay, so we didn’t get to meet his 3 young sons who are much in evidence in the house. The place was ideal for our family of 4 adults & we were able to relax and enjoy the offerings that Lukas left out. Perfect for our trip to attend the 80th commemorations of Arnhem.

Lovely stay in the middle of nature! Very friendly staff and the tent itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Note that because it’s a tent it might get cold at night. There is a small heater and some water bottles available but the tent can get a bit drafty. Would definitely recommend to come if you’re looking for a peaceful escape in the Netherlands!
