We are Villa Chiquita, and here's a little bit about us: We have 3 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed. Another room with bunk beds and a semi-double bed. And the last one, with a double bed and a double trundle bed. It can sleep 10 people in beds. Prime location, 5 minutes by car from Guayabal and 15 minutes from Mariquita. In front of the apartment, there is a store for essentials, and there is also a delivery service. In both towns, there is D1. They have a private pool (maximum depth 1.50 meters). It has a BBQ and 3 parking spaces.

The house was rented for a while and now we are recovering it and furnishing it to rent for holidays and available for sale.
