Son súper atentos serviciales, limpio bonito el desayuno delicioso, me sentí como en casa el hotel está precioso increíble, súper cerca de todo llegando nos dieron recomendaciones, nos dijeron cómo llegar a todo, el lugar realmente es Hermoso y supe recomendado y la atención de su personal fue EXCELENTE le doy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Un sitio inolvidable, la atención de Edwin, la señora Orfa y Magnolia y su familia excelente, un sitio para volver, muy recomendable.

excelente hospedaje, buena ubicación, habitación (studio) muy cómoda, desayuno delicioso y abundante, sin duda buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable!!

nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu avec le bis de nuit. Ils ont pu nous accueillir très tôt et très gentiment. Le petit dej à l'étage est possible sur 1 petit balcon avec 1 superbe vue. Pr notre dernier jour ils ont été également très arrangeant. en gardant nos gros sacs pour que l'on puisse profiter de notre dernière journée.

Cute little hotel booked at the last minute. The host was super responsive allowing us to manage the lodging in the midst of our crazy day. Go there very late at night and had no problem checking in and parking the car in a private spot. Included beeakfast was nothing to write home about but classic Colombian fare. Nothing wrong with it 😉. Not intimate but not too loud either considering it’s right downtown.

The Hotel is adorable. Since I walked in the reception I felt very welcome for a responsible and professional lady at the desk . She explained to me everything about the local places , where to eat , how to move in the city and she helped me to move my stuff to my room . The breakfast is delicious with many options. Nice decorative room with private balcony . All the employees are very attentive and friendly. John Edwin answered my questions and gave me clear instructions. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Great stay. Casa salento was a fantastic place to stay. Very central (although the town is tiny, so nothing will be far). Staff were super friendly, helped plan some day trips and included breakfasts were a nice touch. A little expensive, but all places in salento seemed to be rather steep when we visited

La finca es un lugar sumamente tranquilo. Aunque es bastante cerca a la carretera (unos dos kilómetros), no se escucha mayor ruido, salvo el canto de las aves.

La estadía fue maravillosa, es más lindo que en las fotos, hay muchas aves, mucha naturaleza, las personas encargadas del servicio de la finca fueron muy amables y muy atentos a lo que necesitáramos, me encantó...los cuartos y camas super cómodas, todo excelente...10 de 10 ..

We had a wonderful time with our daughter (11 month) and can fully recommend the finca Los Amigos! We enjoyed delicious breakfast, had fun playing with the finca dogs and other animals. Chilling in the hammock you might see some kolibris. In a separated room we had fun playing pool and the rana. Yannick and the team are so friendly and we felt welcomed from the start. 5+ stars ✨

El hotel es realmente hermoso y está muy bien cuidado, la atención de todos los empleados es muy buena, la ubicación también es perfecta está cerca al centro y toda la parte turística! Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias, el desayuno es incluido y existen varias opciones, estaba todo muy rico y más que suficiente. Gracias

Casa Tien bietet für alle Fälle eine gute Option. Es gibt leckeres Frühstück, zwei kleine Geschäfte im Ort, ein Restaurant direkt neben den Geschäften und Salento ist gut zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen. Jerome und Yojana waren stets und zeitnah erreichbar. Sie haben vorab schon sehr viele Empfehlungen zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants bereitgestellt. Die Tour zur Kaffeefarm 'Luger" ist ein Muss! Der Besuch des Santa Rita Wasserfalls ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne hätten wir Jerome und Yojana persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie waren selbst verreist, also kümmerten sich Ana und Jose um unseren Aufenthalt. Ana und Jose waren herzlich und zuvorkommend, sie waren offen in der Kommunikation und absolut gastfreundlich. Ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen! Muy agradable, Marcela y el personal muy atentos. El desayuno delicioso. Las zonas comunes como la fogata ayudan a crear amistades. En general todo fue excelente.

Wir haben uns in Jérômes Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Erika und er sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Salento, wodurch es etwas ruhiger als im Kern ist. Trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Es gab jeden Tag frischen Saft und frisches Obst zum Frühstück, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.

excelente servicio, brindan todas las facilidades de contacto, ubicacion y la amabilidad de la infitriona se lleva todos los elogios. regresare tan pronto como pueda. y el desayuno increiblemente delicioso

We had a great stay at La Caracola! The room was super clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Jerome and Diaris were very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend!!
