Luxury in the ❤︎ of everything + Public Transport!

ChadRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Huge 1+Bedroom Convenient/Safe Location w/Parking!

Timothy JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

Balcony apt Old Town Alexandria

ChuckRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Loft had everything we needed. It is walking distance to Metro station and the main part of Old Town. Even though it has a King St address, it's tucked behind the Greek restaurant, so you don't hear the King St traffic. We loved it !

The Colonial Cottage of Alexandria

AbbosaliRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had such a lovely stay at this cute cottage! It was cozy, clean, and had such a peaceful vibe. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio—it was the perfect spot to unwind. The location couldn’t have been better: a quiet, safe neighborhood in Alexandria, super close to Washington D.C., and we had no issues with parking at all! Heather was a wonderful host—very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay here again in the future!

Entire, private, cozy carriage house with parking

We had a great stay at Tyler’s carriage house! Parking on the street was a little tricky, probably because it was the weekend. Great location, lots to do, great restaurants. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Cute and private loft apartment

KevinRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I think this is my 2nd-3rd stay, and the best rental in Arlington proper. Quiet, good amenities, comfortable bed, can get anywhere in 15-30 mins and can get any food deliverer in less than that. Thanks Amelia for the good communication and great property, and probably see ya late winter!

Private Waterfront Suite Near DC & NOVA

VRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very clean space. Host gave clear instructions on all things that we needed to know. The chorus of frogs from the nearby pond was soothing at night. Coffee and coffee maker was nice to have. Only negative is that the entry door is a bit heavy and hard to open. Other than that, the place was great.
