In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. This is a newly decorated wooden house 1h south of Stockholm in the Swedish countryside. It is in a very small village (12 houses) and we own the majority of them and there are just summer guests here. You will stay alone upstairs in the house and there is a nice glazed veranda where you can have dinners. There are 3 working tiled stows. The house was built in the late 19th century and there are a lot of nature in the surrounding and you can see moose’s. There is a lake 400 m away to fish in.
