Place was perfect for our weekend get away. Unique, artsy, with tons of things to look at. Space was very clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable, plus some. Jim has truly thought of everything! He was a very welcoming host, and full of information about the area. Would love to stay again!

We actually loved being on the edge of the rv park. The kids had room to run around and we never heard our neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was small but good. The living room did have tv/ internet lights which is where the bunk beds are but kinda work as nightlights for the kids. The recliners were awesome! Great responses from host. There aren't a lot of places to stay in the vicinity but this worked for us because we're outdoorsy, fish-lovin, laid back about a few ants etc.

This is a great place to stay! Very detail oriented, clean, and appears new. Owners were very kind and have the place ready to go upon entering. Many great spots to eat about a half mile away...downtown Rogers! Fairly busy road, otherwise outstanding. We would stay here again.

Cristina's place was very clean, comfy, and cozy. And we love the neighborhood. Walkable to some good parks and restaurants and shops. Would love to come back.

Wonderful location, walkable to many great restaurants and stores, close to interstate BUT very quiet. The space is wonderful, very roomy! The second bed is a twin on the floor but our son liked the cozy room. Master bedroom and bed were wonderful, pillows could be upgraded.

We absolutely loved our stay at Heather's property. It is a lovely location right on the lake. My daughter loved taking the kayak out on the lake and exploring. It is extremely peaceful and beautiful. The inside was pristine. It was a clean and open space. We easily felt right at home. Heather was so responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the door locking and within minutes she was down to help us. We are so appreciative of Heather and her space!

Bear’s Liar was just what I needed and expected. It was a clean and cozy space nestled in a wooded area. My trip to the area was for Crystal Bridges. It was just about a twenty minute drive from the Liar to the museum. I will stay here again if I return to the area.

I loved this place it's right outside lake Catherine state park lots of walking trails beautiful scenery. The apartment was great also clean and well stocked more snacks and refrigerator water Gatorade things in the freezer coffee was just unreal you cannot go wrong as a matter of fact I'm waiting on the next event to open up for registration in a few weeks for next year and I will be contacted mark to book his place for next year! Mark is a great host

I was so happy to find this gem! My daughter will be attending UArk for the next 4 years so I hope to rebook frequently and often at Suzanne’s. In fact, I’ve already looked up additional dates to come back. Her spot was super quiet, bed was comfortable, and the whole place was squeaky clean. I can’t wait to come back and bike some trails next time I’m out for a visit!

Perfect home base for a weekend in Bentonville. Walking distance from every restaurant, bar, museum, bike shop, and trail that was on our to-do list. Brandie is very responsive, and the home with stocked with much appreciated amenities. We would stay here again!

Jessica’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and had more than what we needed for our overnight stay. She even had treats for our dog! He was most appreciative. 🐶 I was in town for work and the work area (desk) was so helpful. If the need arises for me to visit NW Arkansas again, I will most definitely book again if it’s available.

We had an amazing time staying with Richard. Very clean, affordable, lots of amenities, and in walking distance of the downtown area. Richard was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, this place is a hidden gem!

we loved our stay- my family loved making use of the kayaks, the lovely lake and creek running beside the house. beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Cindi was extremely helpful; most of my inquiries were answered within 5 minutes. We loved cooling down in Arkansas over the memorial day long weekend and if we go back to HPV, we would definitely stay here.

The place was beautiful and was a nice stay. The hosts got back to us in a good timely manner. definitely will try to book again in the future!

Great location, close to bike trails and great restaurants in downtown Bentonville. Property was exactly as described and very comfortable. Set up is great, my husband and I could both work remotely for bit and be in separately areas for calls. Thank you, Keevin!
