Dear Guests, Our apartment is located in the green part of Mokotów. It is newly renovated, perfectly equipped, and provides all the necessary amenities. We have prepared a very comfortable 160/200 bed for you. Pleasant light bedding, comfortable pillows. We have also equipped the apartment with a large wardrobe and a very comfortable sofa. We have equipped the kitchens with the necessary equipment. You will find a large fridge, dishwasher, kitchen, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, washer-dryer.

The place is totally revamped & I `ve put a lot of work to make your stay comfortable - From the spectacular green view, large windows, bright rooms to - special welcome amenities. For hot summer - ceiling fans are in every room. The flat is 54 sq. m. big, located in the heart of Mokotow district - quiet residential area, yet just by the Royal Route of Warsaw, half way between Lazienki Royal Park & Wilanow Palace. For your comfort everything is around the corner.

A quiet and peaceful apartment next to Arkadia Park and Królikarnia Palace. The Wierzbno metro station and tram stop are nearby. The apartment consists of two rooms, one with a kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a double bed 120 cm wide and wardrobes, in the other a fold-out sofa 150 cm wide. Bathroom with shower, park view from the windows. The apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests. There is a paid parking zone in the immediate vicinity on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

An intimate and stylishly decorated studio in a pre-war, modernist tenement house on the border of Old Mokotów and Śródmieście, designed from start to finish by us - an architect and a graphic designer. The place is surrounded by parks, restaurants and bars, it is located close to an important transport hub, at Plac Unii Lubelskiej, 1 minute from the tram stop, a walk from the Royal Baths, Ujazdowski Castle and Plac Zbawiciela - the heart of the nightlife of this part of Warsaw.

Apartment Jolio 50m2 (Metro, Radio, Television)

A 50 sq meters apartment: two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a separate fully equipped kitchen awaits you. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people. There are four single beds (with the possibility of configuring up to two double beds 140x200 cm) + one double bed in the living room. The living room is equipped with a 46'' smart TV, a full-size dining table with four chairs, a corner sofa, a coffee table, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Zen Studio / Plac Zbawiciela / Quiet

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.
