nice..homey, terasa seperti rumah sendiri, sepanjang jalanan banyak makanan ,jajanan, cafe, restoran, foodcourt, gym, area terbuka utk umum, area bermain anak2.. ada basic peralatan dapur lengkap, kulkas,magicom,oven,terdapat ac disetiap kamarnya, ada pemanas air, cukup lengkap, bersih & nyaman untuk ditinggali. lokasi mudah ditemukan..check in check out mudah tidak ribet, aman ada security 24 jam. worth it banget untuk dicoba..

We arrived around 09.30 PM, and at first, it was a bit difficult to find the place since Google Maps got us confused with the small streets and alleys. But once we finally arrived, we were pleasantly surprised - everything was clean, tidy, and well-prepared. In the morning, we realized the location is actually very strategic - just near a main road, which made it convenient to get around. The only downside is that the house currently has just one bathroom for four bedrooms, but Sova mentioned they plan to add another one soon, which would be a great improvement. I stayed here with my mom and grandma, and they both approved of the place - which says a lot, especially coming from the seniors! Thank you so much, Sova, for your warm hospitality. You were really kind and patiently answered all of my questions. Definitely a 5-star stay!

We rent this beautiful place for family gathering during Hari Raya, we all like the place and would like to stay there again next time. Its an open plan home with traditional, I think, Jogjakarta's style with a joglo's terrace features, perfect for family hang out in the morning or evening party . It has 4 spacious and clean bedrooms and it located within close proximity to the city center. Athalia is a good host, very helpful , prompt response and kind enough to compliment us with "Kue Lebaran" upon check-in. Many Thanks.

I’ve had a very pleasant stay at this guesthouse. It was super clean. And the host gave me recommendations for things to see and do and where to eat. And also helped me find train tickets. Always super helpfull and kind.

Great Location with Extraordinary Cleanliness Pertama ga berharap akan sebersih itu karena pengalaman nyewa kosan ya moderate aja. Tp di Seby bener” yg bersih bgt, kamar mandi sampai ke sprei yg baru. Fasilitas sebenernya biasa, tapi mengingat ini adalah kos-an, jadinya itu SUPER CONVENIENT , ada wifi, tipi kabel, lemari gede, ac yg works really well dan parkiran kendaraan yg ketutup gt dgn penjagaan 24 jam. Jadi seharusnya amannn Dan 1 lg, LOKASI yg dkt kmn”, dkt dgn pusat belanja & banyak kuliner terkenal dkt Seby ini. Jd ga bingung nyari makan & oleh”. Thanks bgt buat Mas nya dan Mba nya yg udah dgn baik hati malem” menjamu kita & kasih kita welcome drink. We’re really appreciate the gesture :)
