Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ariège

The stay went very well. Communication with Eric in advance, and with Julie who manages on site, was very fluid. We liked the accommodation, it is well appointed and very well-equipped. And we were delighted to be able to use the sauna in the residence! We would not hesitate to go back!

Very well thought-out apartment! Everything is done to make you feel at home! The appliances provided for cooking are of quality, the bathroom is clean and spacious, the bedroom is well furnished. We had a great weekend with our daughters in this apartment.

Maxime's place is very well located in the village of Aulus les Bains, near shops and hiking departures. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. Julie, the person who welcomes us is responsive, dynamic and very friendly.

Very nice and spacious apartment. We did not meet Bernadette or her co-host but the instructions were clear, and our point of contact was very responsive and accommodating for the departure time. Plan the raclette machine and hair dryer if necessary, and slippers in winter because the floor is cold but for the rest, everything is very pleasant.

The only small downside is that we received an email with a phone number to notify us of our late arrival and it was not the right number 😅 After a little stress and some research we found the right number and the care was impeccable. Nice apartment in a good location, spa, sheet provided, nothing to say!

The location is perfect. Next to the center of Ax les thermes, but with the comforts of parking comfortably in the parking lot next to the building. Having a pool has been an extra plus for us, as the children came tired of excursions and so had a relaxing time. The apartment is very clean, small but good. Small apartment but very well located and connected. Easy parking. To spend a few days on vacation and enjoy the landscapes and the surroundings is an unbeatable location. The place has everything you need and everything is very well thought out and cared for.

The cottage is very spacious, very quiet and very well-stocked (games, kitchen, cleaning and bathroom essentials, children's materials). The kitchen is surprisingly small given the size of the rest of the cottage, but it is functional even for preparing large meals. The environment is very quiet. The different outdoor spaces are very pleasant. Recommended!

We stayed at this beautiful house with a group of 10 and had an amazing time. The house is in a quiet, scenic area, just a 40-minute drive from a ski resort. There’s ample parking, a cozy sauna, and a well-equipped barbecue area. The bright common area with a large dining table, sofas, and a fireplace was perfect for relaxing together. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and we comfortably settled into the five bedrooms—four full-sized and one smaller room. Note that three bedrooms share a single bathroom. Only the two upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Also note that electricity usage beyond the set limit incurs an extra fee, but it’s clearly explained. We highly recommend this house for a cozy group retreat!

In all our years of travel, this was truly one of our best experiences we found through Airbnb. Once you arrive at Chateau de Pys, you will not want to leave. Philipp and Sonja were easy to communicate with and always made us feel welcome. This property is their labor of love and we felt honored to enjoy it. We had full use of the pool (with shaded pavilion), sauna, and were free to roam and explore the property. We were able to prepare all our meals in the kitchen and eat on the adjoining terrace. During our meals and passing the day away were shaded from the sun and kept dry from the rain by a beautiful old tree. This is a perfect getaway for a private retreat (with wifi and hundreds of TV channels) with the convenience of a town only 5 minutes away. Don’t hesitate to book if you have the opportunity!
