The house is homey, more spacious than it appears in the photos, it is clean and has ample parking. There is no air conditioning yet but the air is cool and the circulation from the window is good. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities, there is water gallon and gas stove, there is an iron, there are no towels available so you should bring your own. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the water was cold. The host is very helpful and quick to reply. The surrounding environment is beautiful, not noisy, in front of the house there is a stall if you want to buy indomie and eggs. Close from the main road, not confused looking for the house.

We had a great stay in this House/Villa! Nice location, as it's not too close to the main road, so it's very quiet and peaceful at night. Rice fields, hills, and fish ponds surrounding this villa gave us a peace of mind, and great view as we're waking up in the morning. Attar has been very helpful and accommodating to our requests and needs and gave us free extra bed, and Pak Jamal has been kind to us during our stay. What I love the most, is the interior and exterior of this house, every corner has been very well thought of. The design, color, furnitures, and utensils are giving you this Ubud Bali vibe, with Santorini, Greece kinda white color. We took a lot of photos, because how aesthetic this house is. The kitchen is well equipped even with spices, minus the fridge (there is one but located next door in different house). We cooked our dinner, and lunch and enjoy it. Definitely will be back again, if I ever visit Sumedang again. Thank you Attar and Pak Jamal for your hospitality.

My family and I had a great stay at Ilmi's property! The location is great, close to everything I needed, which made getting around super convenient. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and I really appreciated how prompt and accommodating the host was, especially considering I booked the place just an hour before checking in. The home mostly matched the description and was comfortable overall. However, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. That said, it didn’t overshadow the experience, and I would still highly recommend this place for its excellent location, responsiveness, and overall value. Great experience!

Our stay exceeds my personal expectation. Everything went well. I also found a similar property in the same housing complex and with the same price range but there wasn't any AC. So glad I chose Mrs. Gunawan's. The place was very clean. My family loved it. I personally had a very good night sleep. Clean towels and liquid bath soap were provided, as well as basic cooking utensils. The owner always quickly responded to our inquiries.
