Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Areguá

This is the third time we've stayed, and we're always delighted with the apartment, and Maria T.'s kindness.

Highly recommended!!! Communication was super quick and good at all times. The same goes for coordination at check-in/out. They are flexible and considerate of check-in/check-out times because they are right there. The place has spacious, bright, ventilated and very comfortable spaces. It's equipped with everything you need to enjoy it without having to move around. Helpful fact: it is close to the Ornibus Terminal of Asunción (2 km in a straight line on Av. República Argentina). Very easy to get to, even on foot. The building is located on Avenida Eusebio Ayala, with bus lines to the main points of the city and quite a daytime movement. On the ground floor there is a mechanic shop during business hours but the noises in general are tolerable. The area is super quiet at night, ideal for optimal rest. Very close to the apartment (1 block) there are shops, gas station, supermarket and even a gastronomic venue of the VITAPAN chain with coffee/confectionery/24 HOUR ROTISERIA. Well, nice and cheap!!!

Diego and Ximena were very friendly to us in our stay. We went to see a football game and Diego not only help us with everything but we also felt sure that nothing was in danger when we were not in the apartment. Highly recommended if you visit Asuncion.

Maria Elena and George’s guesthouse apartment is simple yet very functional and an extremely good value; it’s on a busy avenue but situated behind a house in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. There is good WiFi and the mattress is also comfortable so it worked out well for a few day stay

Everything was perfect!

A paradise place near the bustle of the summer city. With my family we felt more comfortable than in our own home; so much that before concluding the stay, we already missed the place. Without hesitation, we would come back when there is a new occasion. The owner and family were very kind and loving. The host Sergio did not stay behind while being attentive at all times about our family stay. Thank you for everything!!!

The home met our expectations by a lot. Excellent location, it has all the amenities one can imagine and the pool is fantastic. The hostess is a very friendly and friendly person. A recommended place to go to enjoy and rest with maximum comfort.

A beautiful and spacious home in a very quiet area, but close to everything. Super well equipped, the kitchen especially we loved it, everything labeled and easy to find. In itself, the house has everything you need to spend a nice weekend. Maria Verónica is a very good host, always attentive from the moment of booking. We were very happy with our experience in this house, so much so that we would like to return in another opportunity to make the most of the time there, since in this opportunity we went to attend an event.

Perfect place to stay perfect! The house is super well equipped, with absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Super clean, well maintained. The pool is super clean, well cared for. Near EVERYTHING! Guest service, excellent! I would stay here again.

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Elvira is a great host! 5/5! Super careful in the details, friendly, helpful, made us feel at home. She even installed a crib for our baby and prepared some typical dishes for us. The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

The apartment is very comfortable and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with good weather. You have everything you need to cook, eat, and rest, plus hot and cold water. Check-in was super fast, even though we entered and left the building at dawn. Since it was a little cold, we didn't use the pool on the terrace, but it has a spectacular view of the city, perfect for chatting and enjoying. In addition, Valentin is an excellent host; he responds quickly and is always ready to help and talk about his experiences in Paraguay, as are the doormen — I definitely recommend this location!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

It is recommended to everyone, I arrived at the site, impeccable cleaning, safe place, with a 24-hour porter, always attentive and whoever comes in, very good to sleep calm and a lot of tree around, perfect air conditioning, I will be back soon...
