Apartment ideally located 800 m from Beaufort and all shops. Comfortable and warm, 49 m², it also has a terrace and its south-facing orientation is conducive to relaxation. In summer, the cottage is 500 m from the municipal swimming pool, tennis and climbing wall, there is also the Marcot leisure center 1 km away (tree climbing, water games, health course, fishing lake) In winter we are 5 km from the Areches ski resort or 17 km from the Saisies ski resort.

The bathroom features a white pedestal sink with a mirror above, complemented by a toothbrush holder. A white toilet is situated nearby, along with a toilet brush holder. Soft, neutral tones create an understated and functional atmosphere.

Welcome to our home After 6 months of work, we present our small, fully renovated studio, located between the village of Arêches and Planay. It's our quiet little corner, on the edge of the forest, with views of the valley and the deer that sometimes come to visit us. However, it's an apartment that deserves... to access it, you will have to climb a bunch of stairs: 200 in winter, 46 in summer (don't hesitate to replace your suitcases with backpacks!).

We had a great time. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Arêches and the area is full of various activities. Shuttles a stone's throw away to reach the slopes in 10 minutes. The accommodation is simple but pleasant; it is quite spacious, which is different from the hutches offered in many resorts; it has been renovated but retains something, thanks to its old stones, of the charm of yesteryear.

Very nice cottage, very well-equipped, bright, refurbished with charm. Books, games, everything you need, a wood-burning stove, lots of quality amenities. We were 3 adults and 4 children, we had a great vacation in Areches. Lots of snow and few people... shh, don't let it get out.

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie and Nicolas’ wonderful studio. The place is modern, clean and well-equipped, with a fantastic terrace and wonderful view. Nicolas gave us excellent recommendations for hikes in the area, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend.
